So you are saying he is terrible at his job because of a hire of someone who has not even coached 1 game yet? So you really have nothing to base the decision off of except his two good records at his previous teams? A coach that has done really good in recruiting over the past month, really good at bringing the team together, BUT since it was not Gruden....worst hire ever?


Clearly you will never be in a position of power at work.

Really good at recruiting? You do know we are #11 in the SEC in Rivals right now, do you? With Mizzou right on our arse? This staff is pathetic at recruiting. Why would anybody think this Kelly clone could do anything worthwhile?

I give Hart absolutely no credit here. He kept Dooley for another year after Dooley offered to take his buyout and leave after the 2011 season. Hart should have been fired on the spot for telling him no. I have yet to see anything that Hart has done that shows me his competence.

When was Jones hired? What is today? How many days for recruiting has that given him? Also how many players were already committed to other institutions before he was even hired here? His staff has given us a chance with lots of tops names in a really short time which is amazing considering our past few years. I pity your ignorance.

Not year zero but ground zero. This program has been blown up by the actions of those in the administration over the last 10 years and the fallout from that will linger around ground zero for years to come. Those who still go to Neyland have obviously had their nervous system seriously altered by the fallout.
