Having watched Vandy/UK, there's no excuse next week

No excuse not to beat Vandy. They don't have our talent, and what few decent players they have are banged up.

We are playing at home with a bye week to get healthy.

It's time for us to do we have done almost every game for 50 years, and that's beat little brother down into the ground.

Coming back from the Dooley fiasco means taking it one step at a time, and here's another one - so let's beat the in-state rival and keep our bowl hopes alive!!!

And we beat South Carolina, something Vanderbilt couldn't do and should have beaten Georgia. Georgia and Florida both had a bunch of injuries when Vanderbilt played them. They wouldn't even be bowl eligible this year if both teams had been healthy.

As a U.T. fan and by looking on paper, I see us beating Vandy, but for some reason, I have an uneasy feeling.

Of course, I have had those feelings before and we ended up winning....

I just don't want Vandy to brag that they prevented us from getting a bowl bid....... Bragging rights......

I don't recall anyone saying Vandy will beat us b/c they beat Ga and Fla (just saying this makes me think I"m in a parallel universe or something...), but what some of us did say is that we can't overlook them because someone posted that we may be doing so.
