HBO's "Game of Thrones"

I thought it was setting up Arya taking on the appearance of a wight and killing the NK that way

Too convenient. The fans picked up on that one quite some time ago and ran with the theory.

Everyone expected it to be Jon. Hell, even I expected it to be Jon. Or maybe Jamie. Didn't see it coming.

Hell, we were all duped. Who else should we expect?

At least that sets up his death better than Arya disappearing off screen and then flying through the air to kill the NK. That was a terrible anti climactic way for him to die. What the hell was Bran doing? I was sure he was going to bust something out last second to kill the NK and himself or something.

Some of you are a hard audience to please. I thought it was amazing (particularly Theon's arc) I was afraid everyone was going to die and we would have to root for Cerci.

I'm rewatching the whole series while waiting for the next episodes. The arc with Theon has come full circle from the time he rescued Bran from the Wildlings that came across the wall in Season 1. Basically, he makes mention of "it's my job to protect him" or something to that effect.

For a dude that had a whole hoop of bad luck come his way, he went out like a boss.

I'm okay with Arya doing the deed.

I'd be willing to bet the odds in Vegas on her taking the throne just went way, way, way up tonight lol

So dark it got confusing at times. Not really sure how I feel about the episode yet. Still processing. I did cheer when Arya scored the kill, but in so many ways everything felt rushed and somehow incomplete. All this "one who was promised" prophecy felt like it got thrown to the curb for expediency. I just feel like it deserved more.
