Head to head , I am taking Bama against Georgia

Inject this into my veins. This is what we were missing for years.

Just to be clear, you’ve posted a Flobee McSupercuts halftime speech, during the Florida game, on a Tennessee board, and............. you expect what, exactly?

Such a cry for attention.

Good grief.

Cry harder. The title of this board is “Around the NCAA.”

LMAO. Again, you posted a video with Bowlcut giving a halftime speech to uga players during the Florida game, expressing how it fires you up.....and you expected:

1. Attaboys?

2. A lot of 'GOSH, that's inspiring!!" posts?

3. Adoration and respect for uga?

Again, LMAO. You are desperately seeking affirmation, even after a win, on an opponent's board. That, my deluded uga fan, is precious and priceless.

Please, continue. This is comedy gold!

Also, the only coach to ever win a national championship at Georgia, the "legendary" Vince Dooley, was a decidedly average coach who had a few decent/good seasons and one magical season with a transcendent freshman running back.
What coach didn’t have a legendary player on their championship winning team? Meyer at UF had Tebow, Chizik had Newton, Orgeron had Burrow, Dabo had Watson and Lawrence, etc. I guess you could go with some of Saban’s teams, but the ones without an elite QB had heisman winning RB’s or NFL level defenses.

1998 Tennessee. Great players, but no Herschel Walkers on the team. Take away Walker, and uga never wins a 1980 NC and Dooley is a forgotten coach.
Dooley won 6 SEC titles, has the 4th most wins in SEC history and a career winning % of 72%. I doubt he would be a forgotten coach in any circles around the South. Your disdain for UGA or over tinted orange glasses for us, blinds you from objectiveness.

I spoke too soon. Clearly, even absent the NC, he would hold a special place in your heart, at least!!

😎😎😉

His resume is Fulmer’s, except he won’t 3x the SEC championships and won them at a higher clip. He doesn’t have a special place in my heart, I’m just not so emotionally fragile that I can’t admit he had a great career.

Dooley had four non winning seasons and several more that almost were...Fulmer had two...At the VERY end of his tenure...For which he was fired...He never came close to a .500 record in any season that wasn't a losing one.

Yeah Dooley had 1 losing season and 3 .500 seasons, he also coached 8 more years than Fulmer and Fulmer was trending the wrong way.

Lighten up, Francis. I even included cute little emoticons to show I was joking. Geez......you Vols living in GA are high strung.

I don’t live in GA but carry on. I could be in any number of Athens; Ohio, Alabama, Tennessee, Arkansas, Louisiana, California, Indiana, Michigan, Wisconsin, Texas, Illinois, Kentucky, Maine, Mississippi, West Virginia…and I’m not going to list the other half.

Uh......ok? Kind of a humorless chap, I see. But please, carry on your defense of Dooley. Everyone needs a hero.

Bama isnt great this year. I am taking Georgia.

Bama is just too mediocre, for their standards, all over the place. Georgia has places they shine.

Ya I think until uga beats bama that’s what you’ll have to go with. However, it could be best for us to have uga win because if bama wins we’ll likely see both uga and bama in the playoffs. If uga wins there’s no way bama gets in. The perfect scenario for me would be to have uga win preventing bama from getting in and then have uga lose in the first round.

Dooley had one losing season. 3 where he went .500. As a Clemson fan, I can tell you Vince Dooley was a good coach. Have to remember he was not pulling the players to UGA back in the 60's and 70's that they are now. Even Bear Bryant said he always got the most out of what he had to work with in those days.

In the other thread I stated Georgia will beat Bama 35-24 cause young will be running for his life. After watching the Iron bowl id like to edit my prediction. Georgia 48
Bama. 10
