As the parent of two healthy, wonderful children, one 15, one 20 (currently at UTK), I realize how blessed I have been. In honor of them I made a donation in little Ashlee's behalf. I've been praying for her ever since you made us aware of her issues, OB. God be with her, you, your family and the caregivers that are working to make her all healthy.

We appreciate the gift no matter what. We're thankful for a giving heart, whether it be through prayer, well wishes, or, if you are willing and able, your donation--but you are certainly not obligated. If prayer or well wishes is all you can offer, believe me, we are equally grateful.

My wife and I are blessed far beyond what we've ever deserved by having such great friends, family, coworkers, etc...and you guys are apart of that.

Come on, Volnation! We can do better than this! I've seen over 10,000 people on this site at one time...$5 per member is $50k!! $2 is $20k. There's power in numbers. Give up going out to lunch or buying one small thing, and give that to Ashlee.

I can't imagine what OB and his wife have gone through. A real life roller coaster of emotions. Having Ashlee healthy is their only wish.

After they get her home they are faced with a huge debt of medical bills. Not once have they even mentioned the debt. Having their baby is all they care about.

We have to help. Please if you can give $5. Please ask your neighbors, church members, co-workers, fellow students, anyone who wants to help.

These are some of the finest people you could ever meet. They didn't ask for any help. We can make a huge difference in their lives.

I 100% guarantee they would help if it were you or me.
