I saw this story and want to try and help make a difference. I now have two wonderful and healthy boys (6 and 3)...however my youngest son had many many issues when he was born and then for many months after his birth. He is doing great now but we were lucky enough not to have to worry about costs of treatments etc.
I want to challenge Volnation. Whatever is raised today and tomorrow I will match....

So lets see what we can do here.

If you can look past that then you are a special sort of cold I don't want to imagine.

This is orangeblood79's wife!! Just wanted to say a few words...

I wanted to say thank you. Even though that word is used so much.....it is so true!! Words cannot express the overwhelming gratitude that we feel in our hearts. We are humbled and thankful for the outpouring of love and support sent our way. You guys have been an answer to one of our prayers. Ashlee is such a trooper through all of this and such a happy baby. We continue to ask for prayers through all of this. My cup runneth over.....may God bless you all for your generosity.....and of course, GO VOLS....We look forward to teaching her that as soon as she starts talking.

Praying for you and your girl, OB. This has got to be a really tough place to stand as a Dad.

I thought of this verse and wanted to share it with you.

2 Corinthians 12:9-10
(9) And He has said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for power is perfected in weakness." Most gladly, therefore, I will rather boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may dwell in me. (10) Therefore I am well content with weaknesses, with insults, with distresses, with persecutions, with difficulties, for Christ's sake; for when I am weak, then I am strong.

Thank you, sir. I love Corinthians. My Sunday School has been in James for about a month now. When we began, it reminded me of the struggles we went through back in April and May and made me thankful that we didn't have to endure it again...until we did.

I still draw strength from His word, even though I feel like my resolve this time has been beaten to a pulp.

No matter what, His will is perfect.
