I don’t feel people talk down to me , I have the ability to even the playing field . I’m a self edumacated red neck that loves to read and google for facts , with a butt load of real life experiences. I’ve seen lots of people being talked down to because they chose to work and make money instead of going into college debt .

Who's you guys? I don't feel that way about myself nor black people and I didn't ever say I don't have any degrees. I do work for a company where I see pencil pushers degrade anyone without one though.

Remember shop class? Technical diploma paths? Auto body? All that got tossed out the window when we decided that trades were for morons, everyone needs to go to college.

Now you can be a 25 year old plumber making $100k because there aren't enough skilled workers. The housing construction market is actually constrained by this. The next time you pass a road project look how old the guys on the machines are. Then people complain they got a college degree just to wind up at Starbucks. It's a complete misallocation of human resources that incurs unnecessary debt so people who didn't need to go to college can say but muh degree.
