Herschel Walker channeling his inner Travis Henry

Reset some environmental regulations to levels before Obama. He overreached with it it in other areas but it did stimulate growth. He did increase defense spending which again, was a stimulant to job growth. The premise of his economic policy was to heighten short term economic growth. You can't deny it worked. Right or wrong, he made himself look good with some if his economic policies. It was a completely different economic model than he inherited. Unemployment was around 4.4% when he took office. His policies took it down another point, and MORE minorities were working more than ever. His problem was his indifference to the national debt and budget deficit. His foolish loyalists claimed he was America first. It was Trump first

Still, on the economy, he was better than Biden
When you are talking about de-regulation related to the environment, you are talking about executive orders that he signed. Those weren't "pushed through."

Economic indices were trending favorably at the time he took office. He cut taxes, with bloated budget proposals, which is not sound fiscal policy... especially when additional stimulus wasn't required.

I am absolutely certain I mentioned the favorable unemployment rate when Trump took office. Reread my post and stop being so ultra sensitive. It's an anonymous message board. Being right isn't that important. Your mistake is you're not always right. Less than half the time. Your impetuous nature gets the best of you. No one really gives a shat

Yes, Trump was far better getting beneficial policies pushed through. Exponentially so at that! Still a complete crapshow with him, which was my point about choices

Yeah he brought on some but his opponents bought on 2 bogus impeachments.

Yes, of course! He has no business being anywhere near the White House. There is a long list of why he shouldn't President. For ***** and grins, it's entirely possible he never read a book

Yeah he only revitalized the US economy after 12 yrs of reduction/stagnation until the globalists shut it down with Covid, increased wages for lower paid Americans without inflation, eliminated US dependence on foreign oil, failed to start any wars. This clown show we have now is ridiculous. Ignore the facts if you want, but Trump has been by far the best President for America & the world since Reagan.

You are lying. Trump inherited a steadily growing economy from President Obama, who had inherited the worst economic disaster since the Great Depression of 1929 from Bush.

Yes, Biden is a clown show.

Obama economy was stagnate. Go back and listen to the 2016 campaign speechs/debates by Clinton and Trump. BOTH campaigned for tax cuts for corporations to spur growth and employment. Obama did take over the economy at rock bottom, but it was a very slow 8 years economically with wages at practically little or no growth at all. Unlike you, Im not calling you a liar, just misinformed or forgetful.

So, you appear to think that President Obama should have done a better job of saving the country from "a depression worse than The Great Depression" as President G.W. Bush's Secretary of Treasury described what the country was facing. Is that really what you are doing? Gah. Here are growth rate numbers for GDP during the Bush, Obama, and Trump(first three years) Administrations: 2.1%, 2.3%, and 2.5%. Economic disaster struck during Trump's fourth year. The graph is easy enough to understand..

Trump boasts the economy reached historic heights during his first term. Here are 9 charts showing how it stacks up to the Obama and Bush presidencies.

Yes, he could have not shoved ACA down our throats and once he did he could have implemented on the schedule it was supposed to be put in place. Instead he continually gave waivers and delayed implementation of several parts of the legislation. That uncertainty alone stymied growth because business couldn't plan and adjust. Obama and ACA delayed the recovery by 3-4 years.

The economic “disaster” in year 4 of Trump you refer to was Covid shutdown plain & simple. I was mistaken, you are a liar.

You're the one lying, or maybe you are just too stupid to get that I deliberately stated Trump's number for the first three years of his administration, which everybody knows did not include the Covid disaster. Please tell me, are you really that stupid, or are you just another low character crap talking liar? I'd like to know which. My guess is -- both.

Dude, I don’t have time for you.

Actually IMO..it was a GP....they can name it the Great Recession and get away with semantics...we just didnt see soup kitchens and people in lines due to gov debt payments..Gotta keep the folks in line.

Ben Bernanke says the 2008 crisis was worse than the Great Depression

And yes..I thing gov artificial interference caused it all. Just like the war on oil today and free money COVID handouts..

This time with inflation..there will be no cavalry

Donald Trump's fiscal policy was marked by inflationary pressures. He cut taxes and dramatically increased spending, and he did this at a time when economic stimulus wasn't needed. It wasn't sound fiscal policy at all. It was reckless.

Trump's Economic Scorecard: Higher Inflation, Flat Wages And A Ballooning Federal Deficit

Bowl, you can't talk sense to the senseless. They'd rather believe a lie than the truth.

Yet there was no real inflation. Globalists like the “Forbes” crowd hated seeing wages increase. The wages increased with the corporate tax cuts and the govt still brought in more $. Only the expenses of “senseless” wars increased the deficits.

Again, yellow dogs. Go back and reference the 2016 campaign when BOTH candidates supported corp & individual tax cuts in order to get the economy moving. If things were so perfect under BO, why was Clinton on same path as Trump? And it worked. More people were working in America earning more money than ever until Covid shut it down. The Forbes crowd don’t like that.

Yes, there was inflation. Trump's fiscal policy is mostly to blame for the inflation that we are experiencing now... the economy did not require additional stimulus while Trump was President.

Trump's reckless spending had nothing to do with the wars. That is ignorant.

.... almost as stupid as what you are saying about Forbes. That is pathetic.

Inflation under Trump ranged between 1-2% a year. That no real inflation. But 8+% inflation and rising just happened to hit 14 months AFTER Trump left office. And it’s his fault? Forget Biden drove up energy cost with his polices. Forget he made Russia an even stronger player in the world with it. Forget he says they have “no plan” to stop it. It’s sheep like you that allow the lies & corruption. One question, what did you do with the brain God gave you to think for yourself?

You seem to believe that inflation occurs completely in real time. That isn't demonstrating a good understanding of economics, especially as it pertains to demand-pull inflation, associated with supply chain shortages.

The price of everything in America may be about to go up

^^^^ This is a column from Business Insider on November 10, 2016 ^^^^, which was 2 days after Donald Trump was elected. It correctly predicted that Trump's expansionary fiscal policy would result in hyper-inflation for consumers.

Fact-checking Republican attempts to blame inflation on Democrats - CNNPolitics

Why don't you try to learn something, instead of becoming emotional, and resorting to childish taunts? You clearly have some room for intellectual development.

Wow, I mistakenly thought this topic was about the hypocrisy of Herschel Walker's criticism of single fathers or at least about who has fathered more children (I'm pretty sure that's Henry).

Would still make a head and shoulders, better president than the illegitimate one in office.

But if you guys are going to argue about different topics, then: Are you seriously still trying to say that the election was stolen. You are freaking delusional. You've tried it in both federal courts and state courts, even with judges appointed by Trump, and you haven't been able to prove crap. You've had two state legislatures bring in independent contractors who didn't prove a damn thing. And you've had hand recounts in multiple states and no change.

I think you are illegitimate (and yes I mean the pejorative associated with such birth, since you are no doubt too dumb to understand the insult), and a stupid one at that.
