Herschel Walker channeling his inner Travis Henry

That is not true at all. The ballot drop boxes were ruled unlawful by the Wisconsin Supreme Court in 2022. However, they were legal to use in Wisconsin in 2020, and as far as the legitimacy of the 2020 Presidential Election is concerned, that is what matters.

All I'm saying, is that ballot drop boxes were legal to use in Wisconsin, at the time that they were used in 2020. Their usage for the 2020 election cycle was not unlawful.

I know I've already said this once, but there just isn't a better way to say it ....

A procedure ruled unlawful by a court, only becomes unlawful going forward from the day the ruling is handed down. The ruling doesn't retroactively apply to past elections. You can't say that the 2020 Wisconsin elections were unlawful due to this ruling, any more than you can say that all abortions were unlawful in Alabama in 2020.

Drop boxes were legal to use in Wisconsin in 2020. No laws were broken. You can't retroactively apply a court ruling like that.

Drop boxes weren't legal. If you could read and understand English, you'd actually know what the ruling says.

The court has now made this ruling, based on that interpretation... My point from the beginning is that it does not retroactively apply to 2020. My thoughts on this are not going to change, and neither are yours. We're just making ourselves look stupid with childish back and forth putdowns and name-calling. Most of this conversation already had to be deleted. I'm done with it.

The court made a ruling based on what happened in 2020. They determined that the way the election was conducted was unlawful. That's what is says in plain English. No law was changed at all. No law will be changed. Breaking the election law in this manner will no longer be allowed.

LOL. This is my last post on this. You are not going to change my opinion here... so let it go.

Wisconsin election officials were allowed to set procedure during the 2020 election which allowed for the use of ballot drop boxes. That was covered by law. In light of this ruling, they can no longer use them... but at the time, it was acceptable and they had in fact been used for many years. It is only because of Trump's belly-aching that this ever became an issue.

Wrong again.
The Wisconsin election, specifically drop boxes was conducted in an unlawful way. The Wisconsin Supreme Court confirmed this with their ruling. That's what this ruling was.

Let it go! You aren't changing my opinion.

Up until the 2020 election drop boxes had been used in Wisconsin for many years, based on the discretion of Wisconsin state officials. The practice was not illegal at the time it was used, and can not be retroactively enforced.

Once again you're wrong. According to the court, it was never legal. That's literally what the opinion says in plain English.

That's the recent ruling, which doesn't apply retroactively to 2020. Now, I'm done with this. Talk to someone else.

There is no use arguing with them. Deep down, they know they cheated. They don't care because that is what it took to win. Perhaps some try to deny it so they can maintain a pasty for their moral psyche.

Either way, the 2020 election is over and was the moment they certified it. There simply is no mechanism to review it after that point, which is why the Dems were so insistent that it be certified no matter what the concerns.

The GOP and Trump had its head up its own ass or could have prevented much of the worst cheating. But they didn't. I am convinced that is because some were willful dupes to get Trump out and the rest were ignorant fools. Now they need to fix the holes so it doesn't happen again next time. Simply eliminate mail-in ballots and require IDs and viola, cheating at scale becomes much more difficult. That should be the only focus right now. Without state level cheating, Republicans will win congress and state level races in landslides because the left is too busy trying to close down factories to put up windmills and ride tranny dicks to be relevant in the vast majority of American homes.

That's not how their state supreme court interpreted their laws. You're saying the court case changed what was a law, which is a ridiculous statement. They specifically state that the way voting was done with the drop boxes broke laws. Nothing about it was legal. The court decision did not change what was formerly legal.

Yeah, read the court opinion. Do you actually think courts change laws?
Court rulings lead to changes in the law... ballot drop boxes were legal at the time of the 2020 election. This ruling cannot be retroactively applied. Now, stop replying to me. You are annoying as hell.

No law was changed or will be changed. The ruling was based on what happened in 2020.

That is stupid. There is no proof that cheating or fraud led to Biden's victory. The Republicans ran a bad candidate and paid the price for it. It wasn't even a close election. Even if you concede both Georgia and Wisconsin to Trump... Biden still wins.

Rulings can not be retroactively applied like that. And laws are changed. Wisconsin state election officials had the discretion to use drop boxes prior to this ruling.

It just states "unlawful method" but doesn't state why it's unlawful.

Also appears this had been done for a while but just now there's harm? Ok
So, you're admitting that you are for unlawful elections as long as your preferred candidate gets in? Also, you tout your intelligence on here constantly. It's unlawful because it leads to fraudulent ballot harvesting which is illegal.

Mass mail in voting had an effect and got a terrible candidate elected. If that wasn't fraud it's as close as you can get and really pushed the rules. It should have never been used and wouldn't have of the Dems weren't scared of losing again
