The coaches and himself not preparing the players better.. he will be ok and so will Tennessee under him. Give him time..
It’s insane that you are having to tell morons that we need to give a coach who beat Florida, LSWho, and Bama in the same year some time. He had a bad loss. Bad loses happen to every coach.
I really don’t want to go back to a Dooley, Butch or Pruitt.
I can live with this guy.

If things don't get better on defense he will be in the same camp as the above 3 in 2-3 years.

That boy better learn that defense wins championships............

Again, every knowledgeable Tennessee fan knew the defense was going to be weak the last 2 years. We knew this going into his first year. They had their hands tied recruiting last yr due to the limitations on scholly #s.

The defense struggled to stop Mizzou last week until the crowd got into it in the 3rd Qtr. and forced some false start penalties. Didn’t have that luxury this week.

The recruiting class coming is full of outstanding defensive players. I think “that boy” knows about defense.

If you think he “knows” about defense then you know less than he does which isn’t saying much. There is nothing about this defense that looks well coached or well prepared, play calling aside. If he needs 4-5 star talent across the board to be successful then what coach wouldn’t be in that scenario

This is the 2012 Orange bowl all over again. I just hope Heupel doesn’t half ass making staff changes if he chooses to go that route.

Tell Kirby to take a few 3 stars then & leave a few 4 & 5s for us. Tell me how loud he laughs at you.

That's a lie. Rodney Garner has worked wonders with the DL. The play calling last night didn't show that though.
