Interesting... I was born in Michigan but raised in the best state in the country..TENNESSEE! I would NEVER cheer for Michigan to beat the Vols and I for certain would never cheer for Bama!

Didn't call anyone stupid but if the shoe fits, wear it.

Plus I wasn't "bragging" about a game we won 10 years ago... we've beat them multiple times since that one... all I was doing was reminding your buds about that epic game. We are playing bama this week you know... i'm pretty sure it's relevant.

If you don't think EVERY game matters in this rivalry, then you're mistaken. This is a very heated rivalry based on past and present. To say single games and streaks don't matter between these two programs is just stupid.

While I can see what you're saying, I disagree. This rivalry is as heated as it gets. Lots of hatred between both sides, EVERY GAME in this series matters. At least that's how it is for me and all the vol faithful I know, apparently not so much for you.

That's fine, we can disagree on this one. With all the domination they've been experiencing as of late, I just don't think they still get worked up over that game.

BTW, if you want proof that losses from that long ago still sting them, just bring up fulmers record against them and sit back and listen to the guaranteed rant about Fulmer "playing p.I." and blah blah blah. They're still butthurt for sure.

fade, I'm with you on this one.

People breaking out the Vaseline over a win 10 years ago against a 4-9 Bama team need to re-evaluate things....much less people with 17 year old young men as their avi.
