Spent the last 4 days staring at this. But don't feel bad since I taught my 6yo to shoot a 22 and both my 4yo and 6yo got up on skis for the first time

I don’t think so. This is a littlenortheast of Anchorage. Apparently whole neighborhoods in Anchorage fell into the water.

I did not really make it north. I kept it pretty south of Anchorage. A local man was mauled to death by a bear in Eagle River a couple of days after hiking there. Though he was more south from where I was.

Whittier, Byron Glacier in Portage Valley (A woman was just killed there when a snow cave fell on her, I had walked all over that...), Seward, the Russian River area, Homer, etc.

Absolutely gorgeous up there! Did the skeeters tear you up?

Iceland in February? What a man..I couldn't handle that.

Weather wasn't too bad. Cold but not brutal. Icy roads in early AM were scary but it's a trade off if ya wanna see the Northern Lights...which we were lucky enough to see twice.

Starting at signal point we made our way through Rainbow lake then out to Edwards point and back to Rainbow lake. 12.5 Miles today as we tried to extend our range a little. Red threw up at 10 miles but pushed on. She working hard at getting better and she tough as hell.
