Hillary Clinton Uses Personal Email for State Business

This whole administration from Obama , Clinton to Holder is lawless. They have the media in their back pocket. For Hillary, she wears pants suits so I'm not sure where she keeps the media.

Technically they can't be lawless, there is no controlling legal authority.

This is not that complicated. Either you believe the work emails were saved, you think they weren't, or you're not sure.

People in the second were not voting for her anyway. The third group, 18 months from now, won't likely vote based on what will at that point be a stale controversy. Politically she should just let this fade.

I agree, she should refuse to acknowledge any questions regarding the subject and continue to say did what was legally required.

I love the fact that her defense rests on her subordinates (and even her peers) to follow protocol by having an official email address to capture her correspondence while she blatantly disregarded those same protocols. Real leadership.

Hypocrisy at its finest.

Do you believe her story as she told it today? Simple question.

I think the one device thing might have some merit to it from the beginning of her tenure, especially going back to Senate days. Back then, having a device devoted to emails or calls or other production of documents or links, was the norm back then. And likely it did not occur to her or anyone to make a switch somewhere along the way. It just would not have seemed necessary.

There is a reasonable explanation, but the GOP does not want to hear that because, frankly, it makes perfect sense and its boring. That's why I say let some third party examine the server work work-related emails. And prior to that, I would require a showing that there was substantial reason to do that, as opposed to just hoping there's some random thing on there you can use in the campiagn.

Such BS. Even if technological limitations in the dark days of 2009 were an issue, the only appropriate course would have been to carry a device for State business and check her personal account on own time. Security cannot be trumped by convenience.

Muddied waters comment from earlier...more and more stories of people using one or more additional email addresses and devices will begin coming forth...

Reports: Eric Holder, Chuck Hagel used alternate emails - Adam B. Lerner - POLITICO

I have 3 emails set up on this iphone6. Not complicated at all. So Hillarys excuse is lame, she's hiding something. Probably money trails from foreign donations she doesn't want to reveal. Possibly, incriminating emails too. But she's definitly hiding something.

Not arguing for Hillary but there are reasons to have multiple devices. Just like the company I work for, the feds may not allow any and all apps I may want access to. So I have a personal phone and a work phone. Personal phone takes my personal calls, emails, and all my apps I want to use. Hillary will be Hillary but to say consolidating on one device gives no excuse is not an accurate line to argue.

I've wondered where the inquiry is on what computer she uses. I highly doubt every single email she sends is through a hand held. Is the laptop or PC a government issued one? If it is you have emails local to that device unless you are using webmail.

As far as your point on foreign donations - what do you mean? Through her campaign?

She's above the law..doesn't apply to her, sorta the way barry views the constitution.

I think she should have elaborated on how it started, and then said she'd be happy to search any emails on the server for work related terms of any concern or interest and separately produce those, even if they are already in the prior release, I.e. search for any email with the word Benghazi in it and give it to State Department to make sure it's clear for release. Offer to let independent person do it.

That to me would have been best.

What would have been best is for her to have followed protocol and use the government encrypted server, I have multiple email accounts on my iPhone including my company email,it's not rocket science to set up.. Also, why is there a two month gap during the Benghazi debacle? Are we to believe she never emailed obama in regards to that incident?

There's a reason she won't turn over the server. Several people used that same server, and there's something she doesn't want anyone to see. She says secret service guarded her server, lmfao. Are they cyber experts too? She's as funny as Joe.

Mark Levin, a talk radio host, played audio of her from 3 weeks ago. It was in front of a crowd of people. From the sounds of it, one of those let your hair down types of things. HC said she had an IPhone. Apple fans in audience cheered. Then she said, "in full disclosure...iPhone and BlackBerry".

Interesting.

I saw the video clip of it earlier this afternoon, she was on some variety show.. You could probably Google search it. She was very nonchalant in responding about her blackberry.
