Hillary Clinton Uses Personal Email for State Business

From the AP (emphasis mine):

So, Hillary was running her own email server to avoid using an official box AND she was catfishing the country at the same time?

Yep, and LG still defends her. She hiding more than we will ever know.

I wonder if any of you have bothered to understand the basic fact that when she was in office it was okay to use personal email. It wasn't until 18 months after she left office that the requirement was made that all emails for work had to be on govt account.

I mean, pretty damn important point, don't you think?

Only if we want to understand why our adversaries seemed to be one step ahead of us.

Criminality is not the big issue here because you get no traction with that.

Criminality was THE issue yesterday, about 10 or 11 am, when this first came out.

But now that it is a non-issue because those darned facts got in the way, now its just vague claims of feigned astonishment and wild speculation about national security leaks.

This is campaign garbage, zero consequence.

Zero consequences? Come on man. She and her staff obviously received top secret material on non-secure email. Who knows what info was exposed and lives she endangered

This is the same thing as Benghazi and IRS and all the other fake scandals. Anyone buying into this as an issue was never going to vote for her, anyway.

Your biggest worry in 2016 is not going to be this, its going to be the fact that the economy continues to improve. The 2016 R nominee is going to have to find the joints in the economy that are the weakest. Find the people that are least happy. And appeal to them.

If things are as they are now, or even a bit better, its an uphill climb for the R nominee.

LG you appear to be way more concerned about what Fox news reports than the actual actions/decisions of your politician of choice.

2% GDP growth over the last six plus years, it's safe to say there's not going to be any dynamic growth between now and then. The economy still sucks...

If this was a Republican Secretary of State, let's say Condi Rice, it would take months for LG to lose his erection.

“It’s ‘worth remembering,’ a former Clinton administration staffer assured me quickly on Twitter, ‘that Hillary didn’t have email until she was in her forties. She was clueless.’” Cooke wrote. “‘I just mean,’ he added, desperately, that “she’s no dummy — except possibly with computers — where she kinda is.’”

Well, she's 67 right now. 20-25 years ago is when email got really established, which would put her early to mid 40's. I don't understand what this person is trying to say. I could see if email had been around 100 years or so, but c'mon, cut her some slack. And I'm not even one of her supporters.

That quote is from Hillarys assistant. She is saying "oops, Hillary isn't smart enough to deal with email". It's 2015. If you want to be potus, you have to know how email works

The House Benghazi Committee is subpoenaing Hillary's email account. One would assume they'll also dig into issues like its security, backup system, and maintenance schedule. Should provide a little light on the issue.

Yeah you are right. Given their ability to keep secrets secret, it is very logical the Clinton servers are the most secure systems in the world.

She isn't smart enough to understand email yet she had a separate email setup to service a private domain used by her closest advisors. She also realized that official emails sent to other state employees would be backed up so her official communications were within the "spirit" of the law. Pretty well laid out plan for someone who can't grasp how email even works

We should actually petition that all government officials conduct official business email from their own homes with their own servers regardless of having any security experience.

The list of HRC's fake scandals is pretty long.

You honestly think she set up the servers? She never used her .gov email address. You can't "play dumb" and want to be Potus. There are reports she was warned not to use it. My whole issue is security

FOIA requests could just go through Anonymous. Probably get a quicker response.

Cyber security advised her staff. Not sure if they passed the word or if they did, Hillary probably told them off.
