You mean a bunch of people who pretend to be someone they are not for a living are not going to "make believe" for a while? Oh the horror. These same people are experts on environmental, political and social issues despite having no background. How will we survive as a country? Don't these people know how important they are to mankind?

He went on a bizarre rant that presupposes somebody here or the actors themselves think they are so important and that the country needs them. They're just trying to negotiate better compensation. It has nothing to do with how important they are to you or him or the country's survival. It's how important they are to their bosses.

And I have to assume people who respond to the strikes like this must never watch any scripted television or movies, right? Right? Nah, 99.9% of you guys are getting them paid.

The words in his mouth were even more ridiculous, sarcastically talking about "horrors" as if that's how somebody feels about it.
