All high crimes and misdemeanors can be investigated. Murder, rape and assault are state crimes too. If he committed on of them impeachment charges could be brought by the House.
Where is the crime to investigate? Again, you don't go looking for one. There needs to be one.
Again, no actual crime. Maybe the IRS can run an audit but this is not for Mueller.Bloomberg - Are you a robot?
Don't forget that the Congressional committees have closed door information that we're not privy to yet.

Well, it depends on the situation.
My insurance agent replacement value is double my city tax appraisal...which is higher than my depreciated value...which is lower than my mortgage.
LG, really? Are we still on this?https://www.cnn.com/2019/03/14/politics/mnuchin-trump-tax-returns-congress/index.html
Mnuchin won't give a straight answer, there's a shock. But obviously he will resist it.
Aside from the legalities, Trump repeatedly promised to release them, and has not. I think you would have to be a pretty big fool not to suspect there is something in them. At this point, I'm thinking they would not square up with the financials he submitted to banks. So either he defrauded the banks or engaged in tax evasion. Maybe both.
I really cannot wrap my mind around what could possibly be gained out of Trump's tax returns. This is a distraction.LG, give it a ****ing break man. Seriously. We aren't going to learn anything from his tax returns except that he takes advantage of every loophole he can to pay the least he can, and good for him for doing it. Whatever else you think they're going to find... I can only imagine.
Dems gonna lose again if they don't start focusing on their own platform instead of petty **** like this.
