If she wants to drink and smoke while she is pregnant, do you have the right to speak to her then?

I support the right to carry out both since I will more than likely be paying for it if they don't.

Sure, but unless a woman is on bed rest starting at ovulation and under the strict care of an OB you could find probable cause.
probable cause is not a term for the courtroom. Willful negligence or mens rea are awfully high standards. Arguing that a mom who wanted her baby wantonly disregarded the health of the baby is going to be a bit tough.

unless a scored father-to-be testifies that the mom drank coca colas and did house work (etc, etc, etc)

I oppose abortion except in cases of rape, incest, or the mother's life is in danger. I support the death penalty.

I'll explain. I have a problem with killing innocent children. I have no problem with murderers being put to death.

I think child molesters and serial/repeat rapists should be put to death as well.

Your turn.

I support choice. The choice of a mother and the choice of a jury of peers/judge for maximum penalty. So I'm pro-choice -- on both accounts.

And you interpreted it. Funny how that works -- interpretation.

Next time I'll be sure to use: "The woman carrying a fetus" -- as that's so much easier to type.

Yea, how crazy of me to interpret "mother" as being a "mother". Use what you want, I don't care. Your stance looks poor when you use that term though, you are acknowledging there is a life and thus there is a killing. But you go with whatever makes you feel best.

he didn't interpret anything. He pointed out that your choice of word was interesting. The interpretation was all yours.

Funny how that transpired.
