Whether Biden is guilty or innocent isn't even the question. The question is why is he being handled differently than if it were a Republican accused? The left and their media partners were all about "believe women" when it was a Republican accused. Now that it's a Democrat accused, they're all about tearing the alleged victim to shreds to make Biden look better. I'm sure as soon as a Republican is accused again, we'll get to hear about how we should "believe women" all over again. The hypocrisy of it all is bull ****. It's so obvious, yet no one wants to just admit it.

The system has protected all politicians for years. There's even a secret congressional fund to deal with it. They've all stayed silent unless it was needed to defeat an opponent. This is just a tiny sample of the overall hypocrisy

I don't disagree, and both sides practice the hypocrisy. It's just so blatant in this situation that I'm not sure how anyone can deny it, and yet they do.

My guess is Reade is not a Trump supporter. I guess one position could be that it sounds like one side is hoping she was sexually assaulted or maybe it's just the irony of the pulpit that was established in recent years. Maybe this is a lesson for politicians to stfu and stop playing politics with this stuff but that is not the liberal way. They eventually always stick their foot in their mouth. Now let's see how this is handled. There was either sexual misconduct or Reade is lying, neither outcome is ideal to be honest.

Some people may believe she was sexually assaulted as she claims. That does not equate to hoping she was sexually assaulted IMO. Does believing a woman who comes forward mean you hope it's true? No. It just means you believe it happened.

And in this case, as in the Kavanaugh case, I think presumption of innocence should win out since all we ultimately have is a he said/she said case. My problem, as I've said, is the hypocrisy of the double standard applied.

I'm hoping that Biden sticks around for awhile, because he will get destroyed in the general. Even though I never thought he would win the nomination, it now looks like a possibility that he will be nominated and dropped.

No, the argument was you that it was more likely that Kavanaugh assaulted Blasey Ford than that Jesus rose from the dead, yet you believe the more unlikely thing.

Thanks. That is my point. She is not doing this for Trump. I'm not saying she is doing this for Bernie either. It could be she just don't want to stand idly by and watch Biden get praised some type of great guy.
