For kicks I went and looked up all Atlanta Vol's posts. He never said Gruden was coming. Definitely never guaranteed it. Alluded to that would be his preference, but mainly gave a booster side view of the behind the scenes. Mentioned lists of possible coaches, no Gruden on them. Told people to stop tracking planes and silly stuff.

Did give away tickets and provided great experiences for veterans and other families... Donated to funeral costs for a vet.

He did vet Beaver's honors course info and verified the info beav gave him...

Mostly if you look at the posts in context now, tried to steady the masses so to speak with what info he had. Others on the other hand extrapolated what they wanted to hear.

I'll say it to your face, I stand by my words. Now having said that, do see that the latest salvo was misinterpreted, that's my bad, but your previous comments were super creepy, as soon as it was known she was a woman, you asked if she was single, then hounded her when she didnt answer, then accused her husband of not valuing her enough, all in an attempt to as you put it be "nice". Just take from the lesson and move on from it, come here for football, eharmony for companionship. Cool?

I don't remember it very well, either, but have a vague recollection that yes he provided the tickets, was generous, and a stand up guy with connections. That's about all I remember though.

lol, I do apologize. If in fact you are new to posting, it’s always useful to lay low a bit while getting a feel for things. Although it still seems to startle people, here on VN we have all ages, multiple races, both sexes, an indeterminate number of sexual orientations, and lets don’t go down the politics/religion road. And the posting runs the gamut from {{{{{{{hugs}}}}}}} to downright malicious. Lots of Internet warriors here, as elsewhere.

Cheer up, in my book you’re still miles ahead of DH (“dear husband”) #1, who once memorably told one of our daughters that he was proud of her because she was the smart one, while her sister was the pretty one. The smart one wanting to be regarded as pretty, of course (and in fact, she’s gorgeous), and the pretty one wanting to be regarded as smart (which she very much is.)

He’s someone else’s problem now, and I’m happily married to The Keeper.

I honestly didnt see what I said as being bad. Maybe thats why I have been alone for 8 years. This has been the loneliest 8 years, I cant imagine living out life like this. I have never been acused of being sexist or insensitive, but the hits just keep coming for me.
