I think he interviews Enos today and then it's Lindsey or Enos. Freeze rumors seems to be following the same path as Grumors and after the OC is hired we will find out Freeze was never seriously considered.

This is the most likely scenario. I think Lindsey is hired barring a big raise from the barn.

It would be considered a really nice hire if the media would have stopped with the fake news on freeze.

It most definitely is, he has provided tickets for several and probably a game experience that many have not had a chance to participate in.

Also some generous donations to GoFundMe accounts. I don't know him personally, but definitely have respect for him.

Believe what you want, I dont think he was ever in the mix. In my opinion it gets his name out there for teams to be talking about him and he can demand more salary. At least a part of three fan bases(bama, barn, and us) think they are getting Freeze. I will be pleasantly shocked if he ends up here, but I don't think the odds are in our favor.

Well that's great to hear, actions speak a lot louder than words. Especially on here haha. All you can trust from me on here is that I love all things Orange. And I love women. And I love my family more than both of those combined. Everything else I say on here is just as likely full of @#$# as not, depending on my mood when I log in haha.

Some of the same media saying Freeze were saying Gruden was a legitimate option. Gruden was an option for the big donors only and I believe the same for Freeze. They don't always get their way.

So off of multiple reports of Freeze being talked to by us and multiple reports of him and Lindsay being at the top and you think it’s fake news?

On top of that Alabama is not going to hire Freeze. They won’t want to dish out the money for him especially when they can just promote Enos.

Auburn can’t shell out as much money as we can for Freeze and with Malzahn’s extension Chip won’t be going anywhere.

So barring some other candidate that leaves Freeze and we are going to pay him a lot of money.

When did people start considering Dan Harralson, Trey Wallace, Houston Kress or anyone on Fox sports radio actual media? How quickly some have forgotten how embarrassing all of these guys were during this last HC search. Running through private airports, stalking invisible people. If you go back and look at everything Trey Wallace "reported" during that time, isn't it really funny that his stories were verbatim what was being spewed on here by a group of people seeking attention. Dan Harralson is a gump, he used to run a gump blog and now he's using Tennessee fans. Houston Kress and all the kids at Fox sports radio are just that, kids.

I hope you are right, but I never said we didn't talk to Freeze. I don't believe we will hire him. He would top my list, but unfortunately Tennessee has never listened to me.

Well according to AV we have whoever it is, so we should hear something soon.

Edit: It makes sense we didn’t hear anything yesterday considering I guess the football team held their banquet.
