My sources aren't 100% positive about Lovie's position in the jet but the tail number has been confirmed via FlightAware Flight Tracker. According to those in the know, "they're just crossing the t's and dotting their i's" at this point and it's "just a matter of time."

A lot if the same ones were. Most legit(if there are any left) reporters have simply said we have talked to Freeze, not that he is likely to be next OC. Talking and actually in the mix are 2 different things. We talked to several HC last time around, but very few had mutual interest.

Instead of “ a lot of the same ones”, float a name. Someone else said Chris Low gave a Gruden hire a “75% likelihood” and there’s not a Low article or reported interview to corroborate such. I’m not ashamed to say I wanted the possibility to be real, but kept getting the “not a possibility” Heisman from anyone that didn’t hail from their own internet site or Twitter.

Low wrote an article yesterday saying that he expects an announcement "tomorrow, or maybe Tuesday", which would be today, maybe tomorrow. RTI tweets a reference to yesterday's article saying that Low expects an announcement today, maybe tomorrow--which is true. How in the world is that construed as ba[m]boozling someone?

Too early for all that shiz. I think your space-time continuum was shifted. You ended in one of those weird alternate realities where Trump became president, Fulmer became AD, who hired a bammer for a HC, and now we are hiring former Ole Miss coach Hugh Freeze. I'm going back and forth between a euphoric and nervous anticipation. My brain is telling me that one of the realities of being a TN fan this century is soul crushing disappointment so expect a Friend type of hire. My heart is telling me that times have changed and we really are going to reel in that big fish named Hugh Freeze so it's okay to start hooting and hollering.
