I am not a bandwagon fan but...

No, no, no...that is NOT the definition of a bandwagon fan. A bandwagon fan is somebody who switches teams. I will not wear orange for the rest of the football games this year, but I will wear it for basketball. I will not buy clothes, hats, etc. sporting another SEC team. THAT is what bandwagon fans do.
The definition of a foolish fan is one who continues to pay good money for tickets to watch a coach with a football IQ of Donnie the Retard lose game after game after game and then continue to support this fool.

Yep.
The MIZZOU game broke my heart. It was their first year in the conference and they go into Neyland and beat The VOLS.

This must stop or the state legislature of Alabama will try to annex us as part of bammerland.

Silly Boy , I live in FLORIDA , I wear my Orange and white EVERY Damn Day .

Yes Sir, I wear my Power T everywhere. I still have my flag hanging in the front of the house. I still and always will have my Tennessee stickers on my truck. Proud to be a Tennessee VOL. VFL.:rock:

I simply AM a Tennessee Vol!

My heart pumps Tennessee Orange blood through my body.

I will ALWAYS be a proud Tennessee Vol.

Through good times or bad I'll never be sad to be a Tennessee Vol.

I wear my Tennessee Orange shirts and hats all the time and I'm ALWAYS proud to wear my Vols gear and that will NEVER change.

It's already arranged that when I die I'll have a Tennessee Orange T shirt on and be wearing my Tennessee hat while in my coffin.

There will be a big Tennessee Orange power T on the outside of my coffin when they lower me down into the ground.

God will look down on me and smile and simply say "There's a real Tennessee Vol fan that never wavered no matter what".

You either ARE a Tennessee Vol and proud of it every second of every single day no matter what or you simply are NOT a real Tennessee Vol no matter where you live or anything else!!!

There is NEVER anything to not be proud of when you're a real Tennessee Vol!!!

Am I proud that we've been losing lots of games for 10 years now...No, I want Wins but win or lose I will ALWAYS be very proud to be a Tennessee Vol.

I am a Tennessee Vol for life and even after life.

VFL...GBO!!!

Boom.

Dude, As many others have said, What you're posting is the definition of "fair weather fan". Which is very similar to bandwagon fan. I absolutely wear my Tennessee Orange with pride, especially in times like this. Go Big Orange!

:salute: There is a difference in bandwagon and fairweather.
But both are equal in their veritable suckitude.

I never thought there would be a day I was embarrased to wear Tennessee apparel out and about. I never thought I would be embarrased to put a small T on my car.

But I am.

I feel shamefull about it but my team, my only team has brought national scorn upon itself. The MIZZOU game was the final straw. Various articles ridiculing the VOLS for their absolute inability to win a game over the most pedestrian SEC opponent is just shameful.

I will keep watching, hoping against hope that I see something that is encouraging but I will not be strutting my "Tennessee Pride" until there is some thing to be proud of.

If Dooley is retained another year, well, then...I don't know what is going to happen.

Are the darkest hours behind us or will we wander in the darkness for many years???

I don't think anyone knows.

IMO...you are not a true fan.... I still wear my colors with pride and root like hell every game...

They would have to pry my gun, my flag and my Tennessee attire from my cold dead hands.. Always wear your gear.

Stephen a freakin new fan from the UK is more of a fan than most of you clowns..he's only known the losing seasons..

I SAY IT'S GREAT TO BE A
TENNESSEE VOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The passion, feeling, atmosphere, seeing the Power T, now that's what I'm talking about!!!! Nothing could make us embarrassed to be a VOLS fan.. :clapping: I'd be embarrassed to admit turning my back on the VOLS..

GO VOLS..
GO BIG ORANGE .. :salute:

IMHO, true fans are fans win or lose. Bandwagon fans only jump on and stay when things are going well. Anyone can do that and lots do. I live in Atlanta and remember seeing cars around here with UT "stuff" all over them during the good Fulmer years. Now it's just Bama. I don't even see much Auburn stuff anymore. I was watching the UT/Troy game and seeing the fans who were there in the 4th quarter and thinking, those are the true UT fans. They're the ones who deserve good years. Not the bandwagoneers.

Still wearing my TN stuff, just tired of losing. But we hired a losing coach so what can we expect. I'm hopeful that a coaching change is announced soon. I do not want to hear another Bama/Saban coordinators name!

Well its not like I am going to wear other teams stuff I just won't be weraring any TN stuff for a while. I know some on here think this is being bandwagon or fairweather but it really isn't. I still watch the games and get excited/mad but right now I just have made a conscious decision to shelve my orange until my team does something to get me excited again.
