NY6 Bowl Matchups as of today:

Orange (CFP) - #1 Clemson vs. #4 Notre Dame
Cotton (CFP ) - #2 Alabama vs. #3 Georgia

Sugar (SEC vs. Big XII) - #10 LSU vs. #6 Oklahoma
Rose (Big 10 vs. Pac 12) - #8 Ohio St vs. #20 Utah*
Peach (At-Large vs. At-Large) - #7 Michigan vs. #14 Washington St
Fiesta (At-Large vs. At-Large) - #6 UCF vs. #13 Penn St

*Normally I would put the highest ranked non-playoff team from each conference in the assigned bowl. However, since the Rose gets the Big 10 and Pac 12 champs (assuming they aren't in the CFP), and because Michigan and Washington St aren't eligible for their conference titles, I slotted in the highest ranked eligible teams.

I might be missing somthing, but how do you have Michigan ranked ahead of OSU?

It's how the math shakes out.

Michigan: (0.8333 x 100) + 18.7500 + (0.5625 x 100) + 2.0417 + (164.7500 / 100) = 162.0225

tOSU: (0.9167 x 100) + 17.0000 + (0.4653 x 100) + -0.667 + (145.0833 / 100) = 155.9786

Florida is # 10 in all the polls and you have them at # 23. Notwithstanding my bias, there seems to be something a bit off about your formula.

The same formula is applied to everyone, so it can't be "off." The formula rewards winning, and doing so convincingly. Florida finished 9-3, with an adjusted point differential of 13.3333, against the 81st ranked SOS (playing two FCS schools is terrible).

Now, I'd personally have Florida a bit higher. But math systems can't watch games and, again, the same formula applies to everyone.

That doesn't answer my point. If the pollsters and you and me all think UF is too low, then maybe the math that generated your result is not accurate in its outcome. Just sayin'.
