I hate the Alabama Crimson Tide... (edited for clarity on page 10/17)

i grew up on the TN-AL state line and i can fully appreciate this guy's passion. elephant fans are pretty frickin' "obnockshis"

how many of us here live in the North Alabama area? seems like a lot.....Toney, Al here....Huntsville, area for those not around here

You know, I really wish that
we could do away with the silly rule that states that the home team wears dark and the visitor wears white. This is only really necessary if both teams have the same color jerseys. I know that as recently as the early
'80s, UT wore orange jerseys and Bama wore their red ones.

I've been following UT since the late 70's and I've never seen UT and Bama wear their dark jersey's in the same game. You sure you didn't mean '60's?

Heres to Saban being run out of town in two years :beerf: :beerf: :espn: oh yeah this too :bammer:

GO VOLS Beat the hell out them ingrates

BOW DOWN TO THE KING

I love to read this post each year at this time. I lived in Decatur, AL from 1988 to 1992 and I totally understand what this guy is talking about. I remember passing Bama fans in the mall that I had never seen before and getting blasted for wearing my orange not to mention what I had to put up with at work. I am SO glad to be back in the Great state of TENNESSEE! GO BIG ORANGE, BEAT BAMA!!!

I was at the bar in Atlanta watching the UT game and there were about 15 Bama fans who were partying like they just won the Super Bowl when they squeaked out a win in Oxford...it humored me every much actually...they were yelling Roll Tide and high fiving and everything...I guess when you have been mediocre for the last few years wins over cupcake SEC teams are worth getting excited about...

VOL fan in Muscle Shoals. I really enjoy watching the VOLS take a dump on Bamer! Go VOLS, BEAT BAMER!

For a while, I had the same seats in Neyland in sec. II. There was an older guy who sat up there that everyone called "cowboy." He had a song for bama that I use to this very day.....
"Bama, Bama, how'd you like to bite my a$$!!!"
I guess it loses a little bit without the music.
