I don't think Meyer should be hated. I don't hate him, and I think he is a good coach. However I'm not the least bit afraid of him.Question for the OP:
Kiffin has cited officiating, lack of player talent, injuries, player suspensions, etc. as impacting his team's performance. Those things do have an impact. So why if Kiffin talks about those things he's not making excuses, but if another coach does then he is making excuses and should be "hated" for it?
Not at all. And as much as you hate it, neither does Kiffin.
Way to make a clear point. :good!:I don't hate that you don't fear our coach.
I love that in spite of not fearing him you still haven't beaten him....in fact I love THAT much more than you think I hate that you don't fear him.
So by all means, continue not to fear him.
Best case he has half a decade to catch up.
Way to make a clear point. :good!:
UT will start beating Florida, period. We wont' win 5 in a row, because you don't have someone like Fulmer there, but you aren't going to be special anymore. You have maybe 2 years to make it to the SEC title game and then UT start making regular appearances.
What exactly are you basing this upon? Are you privy to information that no one else has or is this just wishful thinking? Aside from recruiting, what exactly has Lane Kffin done in one season that would lead you to the conclusion that UT will suddenly rule the east and Florida will begin a decline? This is nothing more than wishful thinking.
They won't rule, but they will win their share. Florida won't dominate anymore, period. UT, Bama, and Florida will all be pretty even. Bama will probably win more than their share because there won't be an equal power in the West. What exactly are you basing this upon? I love how Gator fans claim UT fans are just speculating, and then go on rants about how Brantley will be outstanding.
That's like saying, "I think Lloyd Carr is better than John Cooper." Big deal.Having seen both guys play, I feel fairly confident in saying John Brantley is a better QB than Nick Stephens.
The staff will pull in great recruits and I have seen nothing to indicate they won't be able to develop them extremely well. That's the formula for success. Kiffin may not dominate here, but there is no real weakness with the way he is doing things. I'm pretty confident things will turn out very well. However you, based on one year of Lane Kiffin in charge, are proclaiming that UT will be "equal" with Bama and Florida.
Yeah, that sounds like speculation to me.
