Unfortunately you're probably right about that. Especially if pearl gets hired somewhere in another year and starts winning there as well, even worse if it was sec program.

Nice to know sacrifice your morals for wins in a basketball game.A very personalable guy but if you are dumb enough to lose your job over an honesty issue then what other skeltons are out there

So, here's my prediction about ole Bruce. I think a whole lot of people in Knoxville are still crazy about the guy. If things don't work out with Coach Martin (and I hope they do. I like the guy) in 3-4 years, I say he gets hired back at UT. He's learned his lesson and I think Knoxville would welcome him back with open arms.

if we stayed with pearl..the sanctions the ncaa would of hit us with would make you school girl giggly to be where we are right now with this staff and team.

USCjr job is going to be open after this year, nobody will hire Bruce with showcause, especially not a sec school. The timing just isn't right for that move.

I see him ending up back at mid major level again, maybe some bigger school takes a chance.
