When you have to look at the cupcakes on the schedule to try to determine which schedule is tougher, you are wasting your time.
I think Florida's is tougher because I also think LSU is better than Ole Miss and Florida State is better than Oklahoma. I don't think those are close.
Not to mention, Oklahoma-Tennessee is just a game. It's an non-conference matchup between a couple of schools that plays like a bowl game. They don't know Tennessee. Tennessee doesn't know Oklahoma.
Florida-Florida State is a whole different deal.
