haha, exactly, thats why I said it certainly doesn't deserve an apology from our end.... But, our success and power comes at a cost - we are the scapegoat for a lot of problems in the world... I could have stated that better before, but that is all I meant to say...

He may not be Christian to our standards, but his attacks on the Oklahoma City bombings were in revenge to the governments attacks on the Branch Davidians in Waco, TX....

My point is that Christianity can just as easily be distorted in a way to promote violence and terrorism as Islam can..

That makes sense.

I agree with that too.

I think there is a double standard going on. Take the LDS cult in Texas last year. Islam matches them sin for sin...forced marriages, undying worship of religious figures, tightly controlled religious communities, child abuse, and substandard education...then add to that suicide bombings and idolized martyrdom...and they are much worse.

What happens then?

The cult is portrayed by the media as a bunch of crazies, and Islam is defended at every turn.

Ridiculous.

Interesting take, hadn't thought of it that way.

Terry Nichols learned his bomb making skills from islamic terrorists in the Philipines, and they had help with the OKC Murrah Federal Building bombing by mideasterners, probably Iraqi intelligence agents.

That whole incident was a psyop to create the illusion that there were wild eyed white supremists lurking behind every rock.

My point is that Christianity can just as easily be distorted in a way to promote violence and terrorism as Islam can..

Bull whacki!!!

It Takes one hell of a lot of distortion of the teachings of Jesus to come up with just one act of violence against innocent people..

On the other hand the founder of islam commands such violence in the name of jihad against infidels.
