Suspect is in mid 20's and nabbed in PA. Rumor has it they matched DNA with some from other murders.

A man in his mid 20s was taken into custody by local police and the FBI at 3 a.m. in Scranton, Pennsylvania, the law enforcement source said Friday.
The suspect is a college student but does not attend the University of Idaho, the source added.

That was a huge part of the investigation. Right now it sure seems like they got their guy.

Edit: Idaho does have the death penalty. If the accused is in fact proven guilty and these surveys and studies are shown to be his work, it creates an opportunity to show premeditation over a long period of time .

I think a similar type car was being looked for in that other unsolved stabbing death in the northwest. This most likely wasn’t his first kill.

Saw someone tweet out that dna found at the crime scene has been found at multiple homicides in the NW. Don’t know how legit that is, but it will be interesting to see where this all goes.
