I'll always be a Vols fan but just haven't been as passionate as in the past and that will probably continue.

I'd love Tressel too! I'm right there with you man. Love Tennessee but this hire has to be a big name! This fan base has to quit covering its eyes just saying everything will work out.

Mine does too. However I cannot support this. You can get behind this hire cheer for that 6th win. Let Hart think the fans approve of his coach. You think I am happy about this? No never thought I would be in this situation. I thought the fan support was better and smarter to let this happen without yelling no at the top of there lungs. But hey some like others treating them like idiots. And apparently you are one of them for getting behind Hart with this hire. Not judging I'm just saying I'm not that kind of person. Good luck in life. And if it is Jones all I can say is Gig em'

Ill still sipported the vols. I just will continue to lower my expectations.

Jones does not impress me. I fear he will want to run the spread. That probably won't work too well in the sec.

I'm not sure he can recruit here.

Hopefully he puts together a star powered staff. I doubt it happens though.

I miss the 90's and I get the feeling it will be a long time before I see UT football playing like that again.

Ill eat my crow if I'm wrong.

Butch Jones, you have my support 100%. Winning record, can coach up players, and wins conference titles. We needed a better coach than Dooley and we got it.

We can cheer all we want for UT, but it won't make it any better. We have been officially moved to irrelevant in the SEC. It will take great players and great coached to get us out, not just cheers.. I just do not see it with the 2nd rate coaches and AD we have.
