Fair enough, but if it was so petty, why lie? Why follow it up by calling parents to remind them that he told them it was cheating?
These guys are looking for an attitude of wanton neglect for their rules. We clearly have demonstrated that, regardless of the nature of the violations.
How does the AA turn a blind eye and retain any future enforcement capacity?

I'm a real Vol fan, but let's face it, we all know why Coach Pearl is being targeted when other coaches do worse.
You have documented proof of this or is it just rumor? A lot that is reported in the media is flat out lies and speculation. We don't know for sure until the AA finish with their investigation. I have read the papers filed with the AA and they don't specify that Pearl called recruits or their parents encouraging them to lie.

All forgeries and frauds. There was no letter from Hamilton to Pearl terminating Tanning Bed's employment for serious and specifically enumerated instances of misconduct. All damnable ESPN lies.
