If UF's Spring Game Is Any Indication.....

If spring games were an indication, we should have pre ordered Toney Williams' Heisman. Florida won't be Clawful, as much as I hope they will.

Rarely ever does anybody look good in a spring game. We sure as hell didn't look good today.

Understood, spring games aren't the best gauge, but UF's offense looked like hot garbage today.

Glad to hear. Spring games are about as much a indicator of how your team will do as warmed over garbage.

You all will get it figured out. A few things from Columbia...just my opinion...

1. Connor Shaw is not ready to lead this team. We need Garcia. I have a hard time seeing us getting back to ATL without him. He threw the ball a lot today, but most of his throws were short passes. He needs to improve his accuracy just a smidgen.
2. DeAngelo Smith is a new face at the WR spot, and could be a playmaker for us this season.
3. Ace Sanders has improved. He had several nice catches today, as did Jason Barnes.
4. I think our d-line will be alright. JMO.

After that, not much you can read.

It really is a four-way toss up for the East crown next year with South Carolina having a slight advantage.

Georgia has the easiest SEC west schedule of anyone which will automatically put them in contention.

I wish I had bookmarked that thread where Lawgator said UF had built a dynasty that would never fall. Pretty sure the thread was during 2010 preseason.

I'd still lean in the direction of Florida winning. The East is bad.

We could easily go 6-6 if the offense doesn't get turned around.

Either our d-line is the best in nation, or our o-line is as bad as it's been since 1992 when we started true freshmen at LT and RT.

I think UGA is in just as good a position as South Carolina. IMO, its 1a and 1b between those two going into the season with UF 3rd and UT 4th.

Anything could happen obviously, but I think the SEC east champ is UGA or USC.

With all the injuries its hard to take anything away from this spring game

Murphy or Driskel will be starting sometime next yr no way Brantley lasts the whole yr he still looks like a statue in the pocket and gets the ball swatted down at the line left and right
