If you’re Bama, you firing Oats?

To be fair, Kansas was best team this year but they won't play because of this stupid asanine post season model that really doesn't determine how good a team is. I mean, half the time it is just down to shooting and shooting is like rolling dice. We might as well have everyone sit around a table and roll dice.
Shooting is not remotely close to rolling dice. Give die to a 4 year old and Steph Curry see who rolls a 6 first. Then place them 30 feet from a basket and see who connects from there first. There is nothing wrong with the tourney. It's one of the best formats in all of sports in my opinion. But that's just me.

Bama has never been good at basketball until Nate Oats

They were very good under CM Newton for several years, and also Wimp Sanderson. Consistently top 10. Bama should’ve beaten the undefeated Indiana team in the dance if for a bogus charge on Leon Douglas.

Things went down hill for Bama right after the coach took his shirt off with cameras rolling.

Oats should be HAVE BEEN fired for the Star Player's participation in the Murder Period. Barnes would have suspended all involved.

Kids wanna play for Oats cuz they know he has their back no matter what like he did for Miller. Right or wrong. He should be fired and banned...but he won't be.

That’s apparently the standard for some of the goobers in Volnation... I hope every player who wants to stay does stay and I hope Coach Barnes coaches the Vols for 10 more years.
I hope he coaches here for 10 more years, too. I also hope he makes effective changes to his offense.

From a fan perspective watching March Madness, it seems very much like rolling dice which is why you seem teams like FDU beating Purdue, Princeton beating Arizona, etc. with just lucky 3 point shooting.

Princeton shot 16% from 3 against Arizona. FDU shot 30%, 5% under their season average vs Purdue. What lucky shooting again?

Here is what they should do to solve all the problems everyone.

Alabama should fire Oats and Hire San Diego State's coach

Tennessee should fire Barnes and hire Florida Atlantic's coach.

The superior coach is the coach that won.

Then if Tennessee losses next year, we just hire the coach that beat our coach. Keep it going...

Or maybe NCAA March Madness is just a terrible format to decide a champion...
That's really practical...

If my math is correct…

Nate Oats ncaa tournament winning percentage at Alabama: 57%
Rick Barnes ncaa tournament winning percentage at Tennessee: 54%

Virtually the same.

Fahr Nate Oats! Can’t win in the doggone tournament!
Well, Oates did help cover for a murder. Alledgedly.
