Police were called to his home on suicide threats and then again on threats to “kill everyone”. Police removed multiple knives. I had heard firearms removed also but that doesn’t appear to be supported but the knives removal was in the police records.

It sounds like the suicide call was April 2019 and the killing threats in which the police removed the knives was Sept 2019. Local LEOs claimed to report the incident to state police and said the suicide concern was handled by mental health. Doesn’t sound like he was ever detained.

from what I heard in the press conf. the report about the attempt came a week after the attempt. After the police paid a visit, mental health officials were involved. Perhaps since it was delayed by a week they assessed the suicide threat was past

What would indicate a chemical imbalance? I'm not following you there. Yes, the drugs increase serotonin. Yes, serotonin helps you feel better. No, that does not indicate they have underlying lack of serotonin.

No different than the insulin example I gave earlier. It's a dangerous med. Some need it because they do not produce insulin. Others can get by with changes made in their life and never require insulin. If we can avoid a potentially dangerous medication, we should. Giving type 2 diabetics insulin would help them. That does not mean they have a problem with low insulin levels.

Good for you. It sounds like you tried all the other things that you should have before taking a dangerous medicine like Ambien. Can we agree that is not true of everyone on Ambien or any other drug?

Ambien is not dangerous if used properly. Nor are opiods.

Highland Park shooter Bobby Crimo was about to be thrown out of the apartment where he lived behind his father's home, DailyMail.com can reveal exclusively.

And the man who caused terror at a July 4 parade was spurned by a neighbor who he desperately wanted to date.

The young woman lives close to the Crimos' family home in Highwood that a mortgage company has applied to be placed in foreclosure claiming it is owed nearly $200,000.

And if it is, Crimo's family could be on the streets before the end of the year.

Public records show the home had been in the Crimo family for decades. The alleged mass murderer's grandfather Robert Crimo Sr. originally lived there before he died in 2018.

His son Robert Crimo Jr. – who has owned delis in the Highland Park area and ran for mayor of Highland Park in 2019 – then took over the house.

But in April the mortgage company Newrez filed for pre foreclosure, claiming it was owed $197,939 on the 30-year mortgage. The house is now valued at around $425,000.
