Illinois parade shooting spree

I’m so sick of this kind of rhetoric….
Highland Park shooting blamed on Americans being 'slaves' to an 'ancient document:' MSNBC guest
Georgetown University law professor Rosa Brooks blamed the Highland Park mass shooting on Americans being "slaves" to the Constitution, "written more than 230 years ago by a tiny group of white slave-owning men," Tuesday.

This is 100% us and it’s because we are essentially slaves to a document that was written more than 230 years ago by a tiny group of white slave-owning men," Brooks said.
Joy Reid calls Supreme Court 'a pro just white Christian court' ahead of football coach prayer ruling
He also added, "It’s interesting to me because the very same people that are making this argument that we have to accept their religion in schools are the very same people who will say that we can’t force public schools to teach the accurate history on slavery. That’s a huge bit of hypocrisy in terms of what they’re doing."
it’s just a bunch of inflammatory race baiting horse 💩

I’d love to see that.

I’d like to see you do the same to ever victim of DUI. I want you to set down kids who lost their families and tell them why we should have bars, alcohol, high capacity alcohol, cars, etc.

If only you cared as much as those of us on the other side do, this wouldn’t happen

@hog88 @OHvol40... and of course we are classy enough to be posting about how we're going to tell an orphan about the politics of his parents' death on an online forum.

The real problem are those who believe that’s an acceptable argument. Do you believe you should have to explain to the families of the dead your position on anything?

How about Tylenol? Cars? Alcohol? Opiates?

I don't think or feel it's our obligation, right, or privilege to tell the children of murder victims how we feel about the politics of their parents' deaths, and anybody that considers any of those to be something they should even consider, should seriously reconsider their priorities in life.

Hahaha, yeah, since I’m on here advocating for bars, alcohol, ect… nice try though.

I’ll tell you what, I’ll do that as soon as nut jobs like you stop being hypocrites about the constitution and the rights you beat the drums for. Guess what comes before the second amendment? That’s right: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

Guess which side of the aisle has actively, relentlessly, and (at times) violently waged war against this particular section? Want to be taken seriously? Then address the matter about Trump, Republicans, and the conservative world trying to tear down this right that the constitutional framers saw fit to put before the right to bear arms.

See, THAT is hypocrisy, your attempt was feeble.

Oh, now you're an expert in Addiction Medicine, too?

FYI: it is well-known in the medical community that the habitual use of (especially high-potency) THC/cannabinoids can lead to psychosis, anxiety, depression, and suicide. As with all drugs, more potent formulations increase addictive potential and withdrawal effects.

I'm not here to start yet another pot debate. Just stating facts.

One might argue that the press has become a state run religion of sorts.

Words have meanings. You should learn that. Amazing you attempt to call out hypocrisy by stating no law shall limit the freedom of the press, and then fail to name a law or even mention efforts to create one.

The left doesnt like to heat those. Just base all decisions on the feelings of a few.

My buddy called them out and they changed the picture. Claimed it was an oversight.

So, we have a system that doesn't work, so dems want to give more power to a system that already doesn't work. Tell me again when the adults are going to be in charge?

The father ran as a republican in a mayoral race. I’d be willing to bet he’s not a republican and doesn’t share any conservative values.

“Waged war against the press”? What does this even mean? The press gets their feelings hurt when people don’t buy into their BS or lies and call them out on it?
