stay strong,you can do it
My damn cables cut off, and I'm so pissed at direct Tv that I refuse to pay the overcharging sumbRitches.. And, I don't like any other provider, so I'm thinking Netflix
I've never been an alcoholic, just a recovering drug addict myself. I would like to say if you can manage to stay sober for a long enough period of time, being able to get a good night of sleep will come back to you. Your body basically has to reteach itself how to sleep without the substances that are usually present in your body.I quit, then I remembered why I drank to begin with.. Can't sleep! I got it down to a six pack a night though.. Just enough to relax me, I appreciate y'all's concern!
My son used melatonin when he was on adderall and helped him. All natural, so it's over the counter. Has been a commonly used drug for many years. Thanks for the info.. My problem with not being able to sleep isn't from not having the alcohol, I've had sleeping problems since I was young. I was diagnosed ADHD when I was 10-12 can't remember, must not've been paying attention^).. My 4yr old will stay up all night if my wife doesn't lay down with him.. We're just a wired up breed eye guess
