I'm making my third attempt..

I quit, then I remembered why I drank to begin with.. Can't sleep! I got it down to a six pack a night though.. Just enough to relax me, I appreciate y'all's concern!

Natural amino acid supplement that is very effective. But you better have a minimum of 8 hours to sleep.

go up Rutledge Pike till it ends and take a left ,go over the mountain and it is before you get to the gas station on the left,you want see any stop signs or red lights :) all there is,is a post office and the dump,that is the 2 major things lol and there not on the highway,at the bottom of the mountain turn right and i am about 5 or so miles off the high way,Highway 25. it is fairly close to Bean Station

How are you on the internet? I thought they were just now getting the indoor plumbing installed up there? :)
 
what is indoor plumbing ? it was cold in the ole outhouse this year lol it hasn't been to long since i finally got the so called high internet speed here
 
I saw you say you're a wirey bunch. I can relate. I guess it's just in my genes. My mother has always had to be at work at 5am and she can't force herself to fall asleep before it's late no matter what. On weekends after four hours she's wide awake.

My father will go two days in a row without being tired then finally sleep and get maybe 5 hours and is back up.

Now here I am with anxiety disorder. I can go all day working my ass off trying to wear myself out and lay down and toss around until it's daylight without feeling sleepy. It's crazy. Just hit me a few years ago and I'm 20 now. Actually it hit right after high school.

That's crazy man! Have you thought about seeing a sleep doctor?

Not a specific doctor no. I have been to a lot of doctors and been told it's my anxieties keeping me wired on the inside even when I feel calm. I can belive it because I constantly worry and seem to have OCD problems. Not the funny ones where people joke but legit ones. I've had tons of bloodwork that was normal and they said if I couldn't get it sorted out I could do meds or counseling, but I'm just doing it on my own. Made some progress so far.

I've had similar issues from time to time. Not consistently but ever so often when the stress levels peak. I would recommend seeing a sleep Dr.

I also, had problems from time to time getting enough sleep. I would go to sleep but wake up like I'd had an hour or two at best when I actually had slept 8 hours. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea. I went through wearing the mask (CPAP) and didn't take to it well. I finally went to an ENT and she took my tonsils and and I immediately felt like a new person. I really recommend going to a sleep Dr. They are experts in all the areas of sleep and will do a sleep study to see how well you sleep even when you think you're asleep.

Not good SDV, I'm drinking a beer right now..I've got something going on with my lungs, and the only thing that makes me feel better is a beer or two. (And I don't smoke)
