and no as another said I DO NOT want Cam to knock the crap out of Driskel there is a very good possibility he could be our MVP for the game

I hate Florida more than I hate Bama.

Good point. Backup qbs are our Achilles heel. #mattmauk

I don't think Muschamp is going to go down easily this week, he is fighting for his career, and job. I expect Florida to bring their A Game. Say what we will we still haven't beaten Muschamp.

Good lord people it's one game. If we lose, big deal. It would be no different than the Georgia loss. Some of you need to quit thinking the season hinges on 1 game. It doesn't.

Do I want to beat UF? You bet. If we don't does that mean anything? Not really.

True but I think the backup QB curse started with Mauk when he came in for Davey.

Jamarcus Russell came in for Lsu in the sec championship. Chavis acted like he had never seen a deep square in. I think they completed about 5 of those to wide open wrs after Russell came in.

I don't think this Tennessee team has Florida in their head like teams past. I look for our defense to rock them.

Your memory is a bit blurred. We played LSU in SEC Championship games in 2001 and 2007 (SEC Championship Game - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia). Jamarcus Russell was at LSU from 2003-2006 (JaMarcus Russell - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia). It was now Dr. Matt Mauck who "came off the bench to replace injured starting quarterback Rohan Davey [in the 2001 SEC Championship Game]. Mauck would run for two touchdowns, leading the underdog Tigers to a come-from-behind 31-20 victory over the heavily favored #2 Tennessee Volunteers" (Matt Mauck - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia).

I hope Peterman plays..for the right reasons.

If we do win, which senior does the mocking gator chomp?

I hope Worleys injury was enough for our Oline to figure out what is at stake, and that we dont pull Worley unless we are up by 33 with 8 minutes left in the game.

I seriously hope that we stomp the gators and Worley gets to lead the band and Aj gets to mock the gator chomp

Leading this team to a victory over Florida should make Justin Worley the hero of the decade, I know if he pulls it off he will always have a special place in the heart of the Sig household

I do have a scary feeling about this game Florida is not always known for playing on the up and up with our Oline and Muschamp having his job on the line I am worried Worley is going to take more of a beating than at Oklahoma

You think Muschamp is going to attack Worley?

How does it not mean anything? Biggest game of the season.

While that is a valid fear, if I were a game planning Muschamp you can bet I would send some sort of blitz on every down, its been made abundantly clear our Oline is not going to stop it, and after Worley the talent level drops significantly

Correct. JaMarcus was the one who completed the pass on 4th and a mile to beat us in Neyland in 2006. Another example of our terrible luck against LSU. Only to be surpassed by too many men on the field.

And, if memory serves me correctly, LSU didn't really beat us in 2006, although the record books will always record it as such. There was a play on that final LSU scoring drive on which Jamarcus fumbled [or we stripped the ball from him] and we recovered. However, the officiating crew ruled that he was already down when, in fact, video replay clearly indicated that no part of his body touched the ground prior to the fumble. If anyone's memory is clearer on this play and I am in error, please feel free to correct me.
