I'm sorry and you will probably kick me off the thread!

Have you seen the qb rating between the 2 for that game? BY is a heck of a player and qb, he makes that a whole different offense! I still think HH has him beat in the Heisman race. BY is not even in second, the last I looked hewas n't even second CJ Shroud was.

I saw the game and am a diehard Vol Fan even before'98. I hate Bama with the best of you, but . . .I respect Bryce young. He proved he's a man with his toe to toe passing and his ability to take hard hits. Yes, I hate the rest of the team but I would vote a tie between him and Hendon.

Nope, he's a hell of a player and tough as nails! The fact that he wears crimson doesn't affect my respect for him as a player whatsoever! Same with their running back! I will be amazed if we face a better running back all year!

Heisman has been a BS political vote since Peyton was snubbed.

I have nothing but respect for Bryce Young. He doesn't get rattled. He is elusive. He improvises. There is a reason he was voted as Heisman last year. Furthermore the RB, Gibbs, is amazing.

It makes our win all that much more impressive.

I hate GA Tech for not being good enough last year that Gibbs had to transfer. Wish we could have snagged him but can’t blame the kid for choosing Bama. Hoping he opts for draft this year but may have one more year before eligible.

He was being chased mercilessly and found ways to elude until someone got open. If it wasn’t so nerve wracking as a Vol fan I would say I was impressed 😂

I’m glad he played and played lights out. No excuses from the “we haven’t beaten anybody” crowd.

Stroud is HH's primary competition, not BY. Unfortunately the putz Big Ten is going to give JT an easy schedule to rack up big numbers. College football can be hard to compare players given the disparities in scheduling. UT and OSU share no common opponents

I will always be a Vol fan but I also respect talent and fortitude. Bammers are for the most part goat chasing sister marriers but I admire the way Bryce brought his team back. He made amazing throws under pressure. I'm so happy the best story won but I wish no ill on Bryce Young.

I haven't kept up with the Heisman since the Manning snub, but when was the last time a Heisman went to a player that wasn't going to the playoff? It's become a team award as well as meeting the media politics. Paul Hourning snubbed Majors on a 2 win team. There's no way today that a player on a 2 win team would win.

The QB from Louisville.
