Pakistan V India would be a great thing for the globe. I am surprised you democrats aren't fully supporting this confrontation with your recent conversion to being War Hawks.

India V Pakistan helps the earth by reducing the population which lowers carbon farts and footprints. It leaves more resources for the rest of us as well. I mean...this is like a modern dem's wet dream! I said dream because its not about sexuality, gender, or bathrooms.

Pakistan is a weak central government. Their Army pulls all the strings. They can't control the Taliban leadership or Iranian agents that show up when the fighting season ends in Afghanistan.

This is the real reason we are still next door in Afghanistan...and give Israel billions. Nuclear armed weak muslim government...that is a recipe for disaster. I would bet we have satellites that ONLY watch pakistan 24.7.365...

Indian jets crossed over the LoC which resulted in Pakistan scrambling their own jets. I wonder if the Indian Air Force was doing this to test Pakistani air defense response times?

Well Pakistani sources are saying India launched air strikes in Pakistan tonight waiting on official confirmation though.

So it looks like that's what happened. Maybe the response will be minimal as in 2016.

I hope thats the end of it...when i hear about airstrikes inside a nuclear armed nation, from a bitter enemy...that causes worry. Play nice, guys.. at leadt they are right next door to each other, that shpuld be a deterrent.

Between this, the Venezuala issue, Syria, Yemen, the riots in France, Antifa, etc..... this really seems like everything is getting ready to boil over and erupt into complete chaos through out the world.

This seems to be worse than the usual pokes and jabs. There could be some pretty big skirmishes coming. I would be surprised if total war engulfs the two countries though. Just a guess.

India is too big for Pakistan to take on without having a lot of help. India (likely) doesn't want the trouble of fighting Pakistan in anything larger than the current fracas in Kashmir.

China is the wild card here. They don't like the Indians, have good relations with the Pakis and could be the spoiler.
