The minimum tax alone will reduce GDP by 0.1 percent and cost about 27,000 jobs, the Tax Foundation projects. The minimum tax will deal the biggest blow to coal workers, levying a net tax hike of 7.2% on the coal industry’s pretax book income, according to a November analysis by the foundation. The second-hardest hit by the tax, according to the study, is the automobile and truck manufacturing industries, which face a 5.1 percent tax hike, the study said.

Party affiliations matter when Democrats control the Administrative Branch because they weaponize the entire federal government to target their enemies: Republicans. The entire middle class will get pummeled, but Republicans will be specifically targeted.

I supported the medicare prescription drug part of this bill until I read about it. Apparently it only affects the 10 highest priced drugs starting in 2026 and adds a few more in the subsequent years. What an F'n joke. This bill needs to die a flaming death, and Manchin needs to lose his next election for trying to F over his constituents.

The way I see it..this caught between a rock and a hard place for the Spenders. Doubling down is what we are seeing. The average American family has lost $6K in spending value in the last year.
This Federal socialist agenda is ****ed..and they dont even know it as they are the last to know.
If our election integrity is not secure..then all bets are off.

I quoted Giddystones guy about 18 months ago and re-quoted the other day for exact same thing. It was 25% higher. Just a quick calculation and I am thinking am I missing something? The price pages have been so updated that I cannot even keep up. But this one line item quote of capital Equipment and just the update. Lordy.

Better to care what is happening in our own nation. Just think those HIMARS that are purchased have been effectively cut by 10%...and it continues.
