Apple isn't going to contact you from a .net address.
That's generally the first tip off that it isn't who they claim to be. IF it were Apple it would look more like apple.com/support or maybe support.apple.com. Somewhere in the url you would see Apple.com. That's generally something to look for from anyone contacting you claiming to need personal info to "unlock" your account or whatever.
But Apple isn't constantly scanning your device for viruses anyway.

My phone has been acting goofy lately. Switching pages and opening apps by itself. Emailing is a pain when it does this. My keyboard goes nuts and I can't get it to function correctly.
I haven't yet. I have restarted it and that seems to help.
I won't lose any info on a hard reboot will I?
I'm hoping the new Apple TV has the capability for Sling TV
