iPhone

My daughter dropped my wife's 6 into the toilet, three weeks after she got it. It was in there for less than 10 seconds. Tried everything including rice and it didn't work. Ruined completely

No stats, but I bet that has to be #1 issue. :)

I did see a report saying the 7 series will be moisture/dust "proof".

I'm thinking about an upgrade from a 5S to a 6S+. Any 6S+ users here? Thoughts?

Any of the iphone 6 line would be a huge upgrade from the 5s, unless you're just in love with the tiny form factor.

I'm personally rocking the 6S+ and love it. I'm not a huge fan of 3D touch though, as I never use it and the phone is slightly thicker and heavier than the 6+ because of it.

How do you like it? I'm not sure I could ever go back to a small screen, but I've had my old 5s out this week and it sure does fit in my pocket easily. 😬

Well, I find it's easier to use because of the smaller size, so that's obviously a plus. However, the screen is garbage compared to the 6. I was really hoping the SE was going to be a 4" version of the 6S, rather than a 6S powered 5. I cracked the back bottom glass sitting the phone down in a cup holder the first week I had it so that seems pretty lame, considering I've never broken a phone before and typically baby them. Honestly, I'll trade it for a 7 this Fall. My first iPhone was the 5C which I loved, then a 6 which was also great. Not a huge fan of this SE.

Best phone I have ever owned. I came from a IPhone 5 and Galaxy S5

That's the exact same progression of phone models that I've had. I've now owned my iPhone 6S for about two months now and I honestly cannot reason why I ever left the iPhone family. I don't have big hands so the 6S+ is just too much phone for me. I would have totally pulled the trigger on it, though, if I could manage to control that monster.

I broke the screen on my 6S too and never even scratched my 4S or 5S. Maybe the new screens aren't as durable? I'm blaming it on the cheaper case I got.

Na the screen didn't crack. One of those dumb little glass pieces on the back bottom of the SE is what cracked. With a case you can't see it, but I normally keep my iPhone's naked.

I've had the 6S for a month now. I went with the lifetime tempered glass overlay. I think it was $40 but i like the idea of the screen being protected for when I do something stupid.

I've never had a problem with screens or anything like that, but the glass on the backside of the 5S/SE is just a dumb design. I'm not even sure I understand it's purpose.

I had never even really thought much about those two pieces being glass, until you mentioned it.

The 4/4S were all glass on the back side. It was pretty but just something more to break IMO.

Some rumors are saying they will bring back that design on the 7. I personally hope not. I love the stainless steel of the 6/6S.

Yea I also read that about the 7. Terrible idea if true. The design of the 6 is sweet, but I wish they made a 4" model. You'd hardly notice it in your pocket if they did considering how thin the phone is. I think the best frame was the 5C. I had a white one and it was by far my favorite phone.

Got a iPhone 6 and can't figure out how to put pics on VN. I go to upload and and nothing happens. Don't know what I'm doing wrong.
