iPhone

Does it not bother you having to charge it everyday? That's been my biggest hesitation in getting one.

I never wore a watch before the AW, but I don't see how it's different than taking off a regular watch at night. Except you just have to place the AW on a little stand.

Traveling with it can be a little cumbersome, but not much different than having to deal with a phone charger.

I tend to wear watches I don't have to take off. I do have dress watches though that I take off at the end of the day so I guess it's not that different.

So you guys like the watch overall? What's your favorite thing about it?

My plan with Verizon just expired. Spent two hours at the store debating on what to get, the 6s plus or Galaxy s7 edge. I went with the Galaxy. It will be here Friday because they were out of stock.

On a side note, I like Verizon's new, simpler plans of service.

That's actually one of the reasons I don't have an Apple Watch. I sleep with my watch on and having to charge it every night sounds like a pain in the a$$.

Nope. But I am familiar with Android and they were the best rated phone by all the reviews I read. I hope I like what I get..

Let us know what you think. Android phones have some nice features and the Samsung phones are very popular.

Aside from the security features that Apple provides I am comfortable with my choice.

I will give my opine in a few days.

My iPhone is still my favorite phone, but the devices today are so solid you can't really make a bad choice. Google Now is fantastic and I love how well it's integrated into Android.

First photos of a possible iPhone 7.

If you're coming off an Apple phone you might give it a bit more than a few days as there may be a bit of a learning curve. I'm with you though on Samsung vs Apple. Don't buy into the regime.

No, my previous phone was a Motorola. I only have an Ipad.

I got one for Xmas and took it back. Besides the fact that I find it ugly as all get out, it didn't add anything useful for me. The screen is too small for reading comfortably and texting or using it as a phone was not as easy as picking up my phone (which you have to be carrying anyway...). Just not a fan at this point.

At least this is nice to look at (though pricey):

You bring up another good point, why would I want to use a tiny screen on my arm when I have my phone in my pocket? I guess it's one of those things you have to try and see if it works for you.

I can see the good and the bad. For the price, I'm just not sold... Yet. Maybe I'll take a look at generation two.

I wouldn't have gotten one at full price.

I like the fact that you can respond to a text without using the phone. I don't see the text size being an issue as its a watch.

I wish it had stand alone GPS capabilities though.

Is it perfect? No, but I do think it's a good start.
