Is Bama next?

I understand, just trying to temper expectations a bit.
tOSU hasnt gotten off. They lost their coach, that alone is worth it. They will lose Schollys and bowl bans too. If Bama just got that i would be siked. But either way its a blackeye on UAT and has been all over ESPN. Now if this Yahoo stuff isnt about them then nothing probably comes of anything, unless there is more stuff that hasnt come out yet. but if it is true that will get the NCAA in here and will be working both stories and God knows what they will find. Do i want something to happen to them? Sure..But it wont effect my well being if it doesnt. Just the bad pub alone is great.

Oh and why is it odd about Auburn stuff being sold? Its a central location unlike Tuscaloosa. Maybe he had it done that way with both schools having stuff sold there for a reason? This man is and has been using teenagers why would you put anything past him? He is another Harvey Updike..real messed up in the head.

Bamawritwe you really need to read everything before you comment. I said the Jerseys could have been taken down before that pic was taken. And I said sportsvybrooks said the letter was for the kiosk at university. Posted via VolNation Mobile

If Brooks said that, he's a complete idiot.

The C&D = Alabama Releases Cease and Desist Letter to T-Town Menswear, Confirms Autographs Were Sold : Out Kick The Coverage

Other than the handwritten note at the top, which only notes that the kiosk belongs to Tom (Albetar), it says absolutely nothing about the kiosk.

The Disassociation Letter = Alabama releases statement, letter saying Tom Albetar has been disassociated from program effective March 31, 2011 : Out Kick The Coverage

Once again, it's addressed to Tom Albetar, TTown Menswear, at the University Mall. It says absolutely nothing about the kiosk. There is no way you can read either letter as an order to only stop displaying the gear at the kiosk and only the kiosk.

Further, there has only been one photo of Albetar's kiosk, and it has no jerseys on it. There are jerseys in the photos of the store, but not the kiosk. For one to assume that he took down the jersey at the kiosk before the photo would be more than a huge assumption, it would be a complete guess.

So, by that logic, we should assume that any cart set up in any mall in Northern Alabama that sells Bama merchandise is owned by Tom Albetar?

Are you really this dumb? Why would he sell autographed stuff at a suit store? That would limit who sees it. You put it in a kiosk in the middle of the mall and everyone sees it.
He was definitely selling them that's not even in question. Use your head man have you ever seen autographed items sold at a suit store? It was for the kiosk end of story.

you really are the least intelligent Bam I have ever come across. And to add what i missed sportsbybrooks had pictures of the website and the pictures of the jerseys on the website. They were taken when the site was still up. Please just go the the site and read what he has up before you say anything else, its just making you look insanely foolish and pathetic. Truely sad to see but you gotta learn

And one last thing..when you go on there look at the letter and it clearly says on the first page..Kiosk@mall

There isn't a single photo of a kiosk that is known to be owned by Albetar that had any autographed stuff on it. If you want to assume that another kiosk at another mall is owned by Albetar, despite no proof of that, then go ahead.

He was definitely selling them that's not even in question.

It's completely in question. The only picture that shows signed gear for sale is a kiosk that isn't owned by Albetar.

There are 20+ photos of Bama jerseys, hats, gloves, and pictures on display inside the suit store! The fact that he is displaying Bama gear in his store is not, and has never been, in doubt!

I'm not even going to say something insulting about you. Given the distinct possibility that you have a developmental disability, I couldn't live with myself if I called you names.

I acknowledged that in my post, jason.

However, does it say "Delivered to kiosk@mall"? No. Does it say "Only applies to kiosk@mall"? No. And the second letter doesn't mention the kiosk at all. The only way you could think that those two letters only apply to merchandise on display at the kiosk, and not the store, and not Albetar personally, is because you want to believe that, or because you don't read above a 4th grade level.

WOW..Totally speechless...One last time for your ass..ust because there isnt a picture of the Kiosk with Autographes stuff on it doesnt mean it wasnt there. And obviously it was with the university sending it to..in their words and on the first page of the letter..Kiosk at mall. So with your logic if there isnt a picture of something then its not possible right? There would never have been anything sent to him abouyt his kiosk if there wasnt something there at one time. I truely cant understand what about that doesnt make sense to you? So if you get married and there is no pics of the wedding then that means your not married right? Based on your logic that is correct. I truely dont know what else to say, its obvious you and Harvey Updike are related somehow. either brothr, cousin or Boyfriend. but either way its sad to see someone in this type of condition. I hate it for you both. Please just stop embarrasing yourself, everything we are discussing is up and on sportsbybrooks, which you havent even looked at. If you had we wouldnt be having this conversation. WOW..

is there anything of note in this video? i dont have a rivals sub.

It's an older video. If you read the artice , it tells you pretty much all you need to know. He admits that some of the stuff is for sale. Seems odd that tidesports would take it down since they believe nothing is wrong here. It also mentions that he has Cody's gloves from the "Rocky Block" game , which I'm sure he gave to the owner of the store out of the goodness of his fat ass.

Yayy Thankyou..Finally you get it. It says Only Applies to kiosk at mall...Major word being applies..Which means...Yes its intended for the Kiosk. Now you get it, finally.

Im sure he did. The Bams are a very generous bunch.

You're right, jason, just because there aren't jerseys in the picture at the kiosk, doesn't mean they were never there. And just because there aren't rabid badgers in the picture at the kiosk doesn't mean they were never there either.

We know Albetar has signed jerseys of current players; they are in the pictures at his store, though they were labelled as display only. With that in mind, it's not a stretch to assume he might have displayed those same jerseys at his kiosk. But displayed at the kiosk or displayed at the store, would it prove that he was selling those items or paying players for them?

Open request to anyone other than jason: Do the words "Kiosk@Mall = Tom's", handwritten on the top of a letter that addresses an individiual throughout, indicate that the letter, along with a second one without the handwritten notation, only applies to items displayed at the kiosk, and not any items displayed at the store that is the recipient's primary place of business?

Seriously?

I said "Does it say "Only applies to kiosk@mall"? No."

And you came back with "It says Only Applies to kiosk at mall...Major word being applies..Which means...Yes its intended for the Kiosk."

You actually quoted the letter as saying "Only Applies to kiosk at mall." Where does it say that?

LOL..Sad sad little man. Yes as i mentioned I am sure he was selling signed Jerseys as his place of business and that being a suit store. I know if i was in that bposition I would seel them at my store instead of a kiosk or online. You would sell so many more at your suitstore and everyone in the mall walks into the store so they also would see it. I can put up with people a good bit but even you have pushed me past what i can deal with. I cant deal with ignorance and stupidity seperately, but when they meet and form into one individual thats just too much even for me. Have a good evening Harvey.:loco:

:eek:lol: Goodbye Special ED, your too damn stupid to even try to insult or have a adult conversation with. plkease go back to your own kinds board. You will fair much better over there and live in denial and ignorance together as one.

jason,

I'm actually quite impressed that you have the limited writing skills that you have. Your reading comprehension and logical thinking skills are so poor, that your ability to express yourself to the point that you can is admirable. Your spelling and grammar are horrific, but I can generally pick up on what you're trying to get across.

And I mean that. I don't want you to think that I'm kidding or being sarcastic.

Bama, nothing happened. Everyone is innocent. Saban would have never noticed a badass new suit each week on his best player because he doesn't pay attention to clothes. Julio made his own suits anyway. The autographing of the jerseys was photoshopped, as well as the pics of the players in the store. The autographed jerseys were also forged.
Sounds silly, huh. From experience, it's best just to admit it all looks bad, and see if it goes away or causes a problem.

I've said over and over that it looks bad. I have simply said that nothing in the photos is a violation without evidence that he sold the gear of current players and/or paid them for that gear.

As for Julio's suits: are we to assume that every single one came from this dude's store? It's possible, but those photos don't show a logo.

It's going to take someone admitting it. So far, the two Bama players that have spoken up have said that they got nothing from Albetar. Saban has pushed a lot of players out the door, so maybe someone has an axe to grind and will turn snitch. I guess we'll see. Absent that, this amounts to nothing but several days of fun conversation on the interwebz.

I actually enjoy reading his raging seizures of logic. I shouldn't, but I do.

ill be honest, bw, at this point, im just skimming through your guys fights to catch if any new links have been posted. by now, Herb Dean would have stood you two up and put you in the middle of the octagon.

He'd win, easily. If his posts are any indication, he would throw down with reckless abandon.
