T-Town Menswear's Tom Albetar wasn't always camera-shy (video) | al.com
The video has been removed by tidesports , but you can still see it on rivals.
Nor is Albetar, I mean do you guys even read the articles?

I'm taking a 'wait and see' additude on this one. But I must say, all the photos, videos, etc being removed from websites, blocked from imbedding, etc does not give the indication that 'bama has nothing to hide.

The issue is what did he give the players for their autographs? That is one thing. If indeed he is selling these items and the players knew about it that is completely different. If he has players from the Prothro on up that have signed things, he should have all the players that are still on campus's jerseys and things they signed. He must have an extremly large room to put all those items. I am betting he doesnt have all those items. probably some guy in Tuscaloosa or somewhere else has it hanging above his bed.
In my reading of the articles the issues with Albetar would be about dinners, suits, and other benefits they may or may not have received from him. Whether he sold signed jerseys or not is secondary if it shows he was giving them free or reduced suits in the first place. Those boys ought to have receipts for such purchases. When they are photographed in the store before Heisman's and NC trips you have to assume they were there for some services.

That's a large assumption to make. You're assuming that Albetar's entire collection is in his store. What prevents him from keeping stuff at home?
Plus, I would bet that he unloads a lot of stuff after guys leave campus. There's a Justin Woodall jersey on display in one of the photos taken after we won the NC. Justin is a good kid, but I really doubt Albetar would have kept that around for terribly long.
How long do you keep your receipts?
None of the photos, other than Ingram in his Heisman ceremony outfit, actually show players wearing or purchasing this guy's suits. I'm not suggesting that none of these guys ever bought from him, but there isn't a photo that leads to that conclusion.

Let's see would you want the CC bill or the bank statement showing the 1000 withdrawal because you know good and well you or I and 90% of Americans could do either. When OSU was being investigated didn't the car invoices get pulled? You really think there shouldn't be records from Albetar of suits sold to players?

I'll admit, I generall skim your long, rambling, non-sequitor-filled posts.
If the general point is at the beginning or end, I'll see it. So if you'd be so kind as to put cliffs notes at the end of your diatribes, it would be greatly appreciated.
DD,
The C&D and the disassociation were sent months before any of this was public. Absolutely, this kind of thing looks bad, which is exactly why the school took steps to shut it down. But looking bad simply isn't a violation, and these photos aren't proof of anything.
