Is it time to play UCONN?

Yep, no uconn game. Geno missed the boat on that option. It's fun watching ESPN squirming to get this game. Leave 'em both twisting in the wind.

And the NCAA Selection Committee has helped out too. There have been plenty of opportunities to put both in the same bracket. Clearly out of respect for CPS that has not occurred

But I have to say I couldn't watch Holly on the sidelines if that game were to occur.

Actually the apology was to the fans, former players, Maya Moore and her mother.

Lebanon Democrat: Tennessee and UConn may renew series in women’s basketball

Regarding the chances of Connecticut and Tennessee playing again, Auriemma offered the following as a closing comment: “Reasonable people will figure out a way to get it done, probably.”

Since we're not dealing with a reasonable person at uconn, it's probably not going to happen.

The name of the game is to get more assists than turnovers. See if you can find some brain exercises and boost that score over 99. Do you have frog eyes?

Guess I'm lost on this one. What does assists to turnover rates have to do with Geno selling handbags?

I feel sorry for poor Reno Tony. He has nothing to do but beg UT to pretty please play UConn again in basketball. Geno will abide by the rules this time I promise he says. Man, Pat jilting Geno at the altar has permanently messed up these UConn fools.

Yup, not playing Tennessee has rendered UConn a pretty irrelevant program nationally.

How many NCAA selection committees have you served on?

The name of the game is basketball and the objective is to score more points than one's opponent. Now, what exactly is it you're talking about?

Just because UConn lost their big three does not mean that they are beatable now. Kia Nurse is pretty damn good and I'm sure that Geno and his staff will have those remaining and new players coming ready to defend their streaks at the start of next season.

The last team that we should be concerned with is UConn. Let's concern ourselves with the team in Knoxville right now and worry about who's gonna these girls to play at a higher level then what they have done before......

You're smart!

I've served on no NCAA Selection Committees. What am I missing with your reply?? Did the Selection Committee put the Vols and the Huskies in the same bracket when I wasn't looking.

Maybe it's not clear... I think it is a good thing that the teams have not been in the same bracket. I personally think the Selection Committee has intentionally avoided that, IMO.

If that game would have happened since 2008 are you suggesting you would you have enjoyed the beat down that the Vols would have suffered?

Beat down?????? Stanford ate UConn with their triangle offense the only person who showed up to play that game was Maya Moore, Charde Houston was a non factor... Tennessee shut Stanford's offense and attacked them... And last time I checked that was a double digit victory sooo where would this beat down have come from

Too bad you can't summon the courage to provide facts about Geno's recruiting violations.

Facts seems to be something you are not familiar with. Have you read the reported "violations"? Did you read the outcome? Facts would not support your position at all. Now if you want to discuss discrimination against women and women's sport at a university then there's something to talk about.
