Chris will get in...i thought it would be a toss up between he and woodson.

but i can't believe for one second that carter won't be a HOF'er. if not for Jerry Rice, he's the best WR that maybe ever played.

Woodson, not Hayes? I assumed he would get in before Hayes, but what do I know. Wonder if Tim Brown will beat him out next year?

if carter has to wait, i think brown has to wait too. carter has him in most of the career stats...Rice 1, Carter 2, Brown 3.

they should all be in the HOF, no doubt they will all get there eventually.

I think its a shame he's not already in, but its only going to get tougher. Jerry Rice, Emmitt Smith, Tim Brown, and Aeneas Williams are all eligible next year. Ohh yeah, and Betty George.

I agree.

Did Warner manage to surpass Joe Montana's Super Bowl yardage? I know he needed around 370 yards to take the top spot. If he did, that's really impressive considering Brady, Montana, and Bradshaw all had 4 games worth of yardage.

yes, he did. warner now has the most super bowl passing yards, all time.

In a game less than Montana.

First ballot? Probably not. But odds are he's in, IMO. Simply take a look at where St. Louis and Arizona were as franchises before he got there.
