Bill Battle was the worst hire ever, and it ain't even close. He took a program that was in great shape, and destroyed it for the better part of a decade. You guys really don't know much Vol history do you? Sunseri is however the second worst IMO.

At least Bill beat the Bear once.

I'd be willing to wager that he would still have his job. Since I firmly believe dooley needed to go, I guess sunseri was a blessing in disguise. Cool story to be sure.

Know defensive coaches at bama are pissed at Sal because their stock went down with Sal. Fwiw Saban was surprised we got Sal.

I know a few die hard bama fans here in Nashville & when I asked them about the sunseri hire everyone one of them shrugged their shoulders as they didnt care he left. I thought maybe it was bama pride but now I see they already knew he wasn't all that.

Dude sun seri is the best there is!!! It's not his fault that on aj Johnson and Herman lathers are the only two smart enough to learn sun seris defense everyone else were to stupid to learn so the only other option is to go basic D I'm talking high school D. It's freakn sad.

Sunseri worst hands down. As above sunseri is a position coach and nothing more. Worst douche ever would be Kiffin. He can still recruit like crazy. Though most of his kids end up in jail. Either way he can recruit be it football players with issues or jail birds......GBO
