How about letting ESPN tell his players he was bailing after a year? How about doing his exit interview in a polo? Fulmer showed more class and he was being forced out. That's the difference between a man and CLK.

I completely disagree with Hatvol about the way Lane Kiffin handled the situation, but how can you actually argue Dooley was more qualified when hired?

Yeah, I'll remember the brilliance of all of Fluffers of Doofus when we're sitting at 3-6 headed down the homstretch next year. The childlike belief people have in that Son of an Overrated Fraud would be endearing if it weren't so pathetic. He's going to fail and fail in a massive way. Sadly, the orange overall "I Luvs Trudishion" crowd will keep him around at least two years too long to keep Kiffin and Co. from getting even bigger laughs than they are already having at UT's expense.

This season has been amazing. Coach Pearl has taken this program to new heights. Beat two number one ranked teams in the country. We beat Kansas with six players on scholly and two walk-ons. We beat Kentucky like a drum. We had one of the best players in the nation,Tobias Harris, sign with us on national TV. Our class will easily be top five. I do not see a need to ask is the best of bruce yet to come. His best seasons are in front of him and thats saying something. Like i said earlier....Bruce Pearl will win a national championship before his career is over. Fans should continue to be grateful for Pearl. And for all you Bruce Pearl bashers look up the stats and facts of the past five seasons in comparison to the elite teams in the nation. PRETTY DAMN CLOSE OR BETTER.

Kiffin had a hand in building an excellent program at USC and coached in the NFL under an insane owner. Dooley was coaching in the WAC. I always thought the Chizik hiring was funny, but ours isn't really better.
